Received completely wrong order at the drive thru. They were trying to do things really quick without even looking at what they are giving out. The guy was throwing things in a hurry without even checking the food. Did not even add a straw or napkins with the order
Drive thru was terrible and food was subpar. Ordered coffee and breakfast sandwich. First of all RUDE employees, almost felt like they wanted a tip. No greetings from them no apology for messing up order. Needed coffee cream and sugar. Gave plain black coffee. Told them breakfast biscuit was a runny mess. No sorry or nothing. Stick to McDonald’s, there’s a reason Wendy’s is a distant last compared to McDonald’s.
I love their Apple Pecan Salad. I get done working late, and I don't always have much time for food, but I'm hungry for something lite, but good. Wendy's salad is really good and price is ok also!!Salad is like $8 .50 ,now it seems like alot!! I can't get used to inflation!! It's killing us. Anyway Wendy's is great salad!!
The night manager, helped us with a mobile order after 11pm. We had ridden a shuttle to the nearby Best Western and arrived after the lobby closed at 11pm due to missed flight connections. The Wendy's manager was very helpful and we got an order via the app. We walked to our hotel glad to have food. The manager was a young lady with blonde hair, I don't know her name. She was a bright spot in a dreary delayed flight, travel day. Thanks for the respect and customer service!
Negative comments first.
We were surprised and confused to get a chicken sandwich with partially melted shredded cheese. It turns out the only difference between the Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger and the Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken are those last words, but those words are included neither on the ordering screen nor on the receipt.
Speaking of the ordering screen, it also didn't show the second ordered item, the Baconator, which added confusion to the ordering process.
Finally, the staff sounded impatient to receive our order and did not let us fully speak while trying to order.
Positive
It is understandable that the staff can be under pressure at times, and this interaction will not prevent us from visiting Wendy's locations in the future. The sandwiches also tasted good enough, and our items were received in a timely manner.

I went through the drive thru for a small coke and a six piece nugget. It was $5 and some odd change. Later saw my credit card had been charged $13 and change. I can dispute with my credit card company pbut need to “submit proof”. What proof can I share to prove I was over charged for what I ordered? Of course the worker also didn’t offer a receipt, so my lesson learned to demand one from now on. They have a good scam going potentially. I will not stop here again.

Employees are using headphone one side and AirPod on other side. It was really hard to call them.
This is $2.50 sandwich!
I order two biggie bags and one Dave’s burger (meal) and they gave me everything but Two sides of chicken nuggets or the burger I went to ask for it and they said they were making it it past 20 minutes , they told me again what was I missing so they never even did it until the last time they gave it but it was a lot of waist time in there don’t come here they get distracted a lot and give orders wrong
