Gave me a raw chicken sandwich, which now I might get salmonella, The worker was rude when I called and did not offer a refund and used the excuse that they have problems with their fryers (which you should still check the internal temp) and if there are problems maybe don't serve food. They offered to remake it while giving me attitude (for their own mistake) and I declined since I do not want another raw chicken sandwich and would rather my money back (which didn't happen).
The worst wendy's in the area, open late, usually there late, soft drinks all have terrible earthy dirt mold flavor, mess up my order often, have served me pink burgers more then once, do not give receipt then refuse to replace defective orders. They deny the drink issue then claim its the city's fault, I guess the McDonald's across the street, and every other restaurant has some next gen space age filtration technology because this location is the only one with the terrible drinks. Learn to clean your machines properly! Learn to cook burgers properly! Learn how not to apply tomato to burger when ordered that way, learn how to apply bacon to bacon double stack, learn how to cook chicken nuggets so they do not chew like tennis balls, learn how to remove mold from nozzles and hoses of freestyle machine, or install/ fix your filtration system.
Really hope huron changes its hours to be open late this location is a clownshow.
It's your typical Wendy's. I had the bad timing of being there during a dinner rush. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I just went it. The 1st thing I noticed was it was really warm in there. Very uncomfortable. I wondered how people were dining in. It took probably 4 minutes for someone to take my order. But, I know they were busy .
I walked into the Norwalk Ohio Wendy's on Monday Dec 16th approximately 2:50pm, NO customers inside l stood at the counter 2 minutes while employees stood around laughing and joking around near the drive thru window, 2 employees noticed me but Never said be right there, can l help you so l WALKED OUT and I'll NEVER BE BACK. There was NO SERVICE just happy employees clowning around being paid to do NOTHING, the place could have used a good sweeping if they know how to use a broom
I love Wendy's but I'm done going to this one. I went there this afternoon and just stood there for 5 minutes while the workers just hung around and talked to each other, then one of them finally said "Customer up front."
I then went to this same location for dinner and waited at the drive-through sign for several minutes before someone took my order, then when I pulled up to get my meal three of them were yelling at each other, swearing at each other, until the woman I assume was the manager started swearing and yelling threats about people being sorry if this isn't taken care of when she gets back from smoking and locking the doors. I was waiting for the cameras to come out and tell me it was a joke. The cameras never came. This ghetto Wendy's is just filled with people who clearly hate their job and don't care about serving food.
For almost 2 weeks now every time my husband and I go through the drive through our orders are either wrong or under cooked. Just 3 nights ago his burger was raw and cold in the middle. Tonight I went through the drive thru 3 times just to get a biggy bag correct, each round to the window was an item that went to the biggy bag.
Was looking for a quick bite after church and Wendy’s delivered! Used the drive thru-they were kind knowledgeable and fast-in and out quick. Ordered the breakfast Baconator and the Honey and Chicken Biscuit, seasoned potatoes, a Dr Pepper and a water-delicious!! I normally have to ask for mayo or extra Mayo but not today!! Plenty of Mayo and honey in all the right places,…remember the old “Dave” commercials where he said the burgers were the juiciest and if you got a little on you “were sorry?!?” Oh yeah it was that kind of best ever breakfast this morning!! The seasoned potatoes were just right warm til the very last one-just how I like it!!
Zane and his crew had their ‘A’ game on today!! Thanks for a great meal and it was less than $15!!
Long waits, employees cussing left and right, talking to each other, getting the order wrong consistently. Cold ass food. Under cook food. Overcook food. Melted ice cream. Rotten tasting coffee and cold brew. This place went down hill badly. Terribly shameful.
