Great location! Fast, fresh and friendly just like fast food should be. I come here frequently when out running errands and my food is always hot and made correctly, Kristi at the window is so genuinely kind, and goes above and beyond with her excellent customer service.
I’ve never had an issue with this Wendy’s until this one moment. I order a Baconator combo large with an extra large fry and ranch. This Wendy’s charges me for a Large Baconator combo. I get in my bag a son of barometer sandwich, no extra large fry, and no ranch packets. Very disappointed with the service today.
For this location to be in a great neighborhood, I would’ve thought the customer service would have been welcoming. Unfortunately that was far from the experience. Black guy in drive thru window rushed me after I asked for a moment to review the menu. After ordering, I wasn’t told the total. When I pulled up to the window my total was told to me with aggression. That’s when I requested a manager to come to the window. After telling management the issue, white lady, she didn’t apologize or have any concerns about my experience. She told me to go elsewhere if I wasn’t happy with the service. They don’t realize the impression that they’re making for this company. Attitudes like this , I have no trust in preparing my food.
It's a Wendy's, if you seen one you seen them all. It's more edible than McDonald's. Don't call the person at the windows Wendy....they get mad. No metaphors in line either. They don't want to know how windy it is
The service at this Wendy's has recently been terrible. Twice now, within the last couple weeks, I've unsuccessfully attempted to get breakfast on Sunday morning. But despite ordering ahead or arriving to the drive-through by 10:05 a.m., the associate has told me that she'd be with me in a minute to get my order, only to make we wait at the drive-through kiosk for 20 minutes without checking back in or responding to my "hello?". Eventually (around 10:30 a.m.) she came back online and informed me that breakfast is no longer available. No apology, either. And for the time I ordered ahead, she wouldn't even refund my order, stating that the only way to get refunded was to call Wendy's corporate, which is closed on Sundays. In short, don't bother trying to order breakfast on a Sunday morning after 10:00 a.m. They'll just make you wait in line until 10:30 a.m. then tell you that breakfast ends at 10:30 a.m. and is no longer available. Quite disappointing.
Service was insanely slow. Being the only person in line in the resturaunt, I saw a few workers and made eye contact with a few. No one went to take my order for about ten minutes until someone finally took my order
Your employees notifying me that I couldn't use the offer on your app because your "scanner ain't working " is frustrating. The fact that this issue has been going on for weeks says your company and whoever is in charge of fixing equipment is inept. I didn't order.
Have not had WENDY'S in about a year. Just had a DOUBLE & CHILI. Neither was as I remember. BOTH were HOT & FRESH, but the chili had very little meat and more beans, and flavor was weak like something was missing. I know why DAVE THOMAS wanted big square burgers a bit larger than the bun. These were much smaller, almost WHITE CASTLE slider size, and thinner. BUT FLAVOR WAS GOOD!!!! Not enough to dissuade me if I have a taste for WENDY'S, just have to adjust my expectations.
