We've been on the road with horses since 9/18/24. Once in a while, we need a quick stop for something hot and fast .... sigh.
I asked the cashier if I could have "light" salt on our fries. We're a bit older and have been given the strong suggestion from our PcP to cut back on sodium.
The cashier turned around and called Kaysha's name, as she was standing at the fry station. They were maybe 5-7 feet away from me, and I heard her ask this girl if she could make us some fries with light salt. I kid you not, KAYSHA rolled her eyes, made a horrible face, then looked directly at me. So, I politely said, "KAYSHA, don't worry about it. I saw your reaction AND your face. We'll take the fries as they are." She exclaims, no, it's OK, I don't mind.
KAYSHA, you DID mind, or you wouldn't have given the reaction you gave. At some point, KAYSHA, you must learn that when you work in the SERVICE INDUSTRY, at times, you have to forego your personal issues, thoughts, needs and desires to tend to the immediate need of the customer. I personally dont think we asked for anything unreasonable.
At any rate, we run a successful horse ranch in the Southwest U.S . If we had people on staff like you, we wouldn't have a good customer base. Work on it hun! SMH. ????
I like the Biggie Bag menu. I especially like
the $7 biggie bag; a double cheeseburger with bacon, a 4 piece chicken nuggets, French fries and a soft drink. Good food, at a great price, good quality and good service! Enjoy!!
It's my favorite Wendy's in town! Been getting a spicy chicken for many years! The staff is always friendly to me, & my food is usually fresh! The size of the spicy vary & today it was gigantic!
Update: Food is a joke. Got a small chicken sandwich & the fries were barely filled! The up-size charge to a total almost $13 is ridiculous! This use to be my favorite fast food place...but these prices & quality suck! I can't believe how far the quality dropped & prices have risen!
During my recent visit, I used the mobile order option and selected the returning bacon pub cheeseburger combo. The order process was very smooth and I just had to pick my meal up upon arrival. The new look restaurant was very easy to navigate and the girl at the counter was friendly. The burger itself was very good as all of the toppings especially the beer cheese added to my burger. The fries were nice and crispy and my drink was tasty. Definitely a good experience.
My fires were cold and dry. My husband's burger didn't have the bacon. I only got 1 of the sauces I asked for with my meal. Way too much mayo on sandwich I literally wiped it off with a napkin. Service was pretty quick but I will have check order before leaving next time. Napkins were greasy and unusable.
Clean, friendly Wendy's location. Despite my order being slightly incorrect, the team did everything they could to make my experience better--something I appreciate! Food was fresh & fast. Not too far off the highway for anyone wanting something beyond what's offered at the exit ramp.
Made an order on the app. We got the correct food but they missed the add ons, wouldn't take a coupon, no napkins, no spoon for chili and no one asked if we wanted ketchup for our fries. I think if I spend $43 at a fast food restaurant, it should come with some positive service!
Nothing about the atmosphere as I was a drive thru customer. Good food and great service... They were very quick with the order. And I like Wendy's anyways so that's a bonus.
