Just leaving the Wendy’s on chagrin and Warrensville Center Rd at 12:39am. The sign in the door , Google and the drive thru window says “open til 1am” No one answered at the drive thru. I pulled up to the window which was cracked and said hello, no one gave a response . I pulled around and another car pulls through because hey, it’s open late right? A young man walks by her as she was at the window now. Very unprofessional! These kids they have running this place should be Fired immediately! There are at least three people here ignoring customers. I will Never come to This Wendy’s again!
I bought this sandwich, and they had the audacity to tell me this is how they serve all the burgers. I see why some people work there. They have no choice. Good Luke, for any of you that's going there today and the future. Never again, good luck.
So we close 45 min before the said time? To mop floors?? Didn't know that was best paid before actually serving food.. ???????????????????????????? what a joke !! Let's pay u 12 and 13 an hr ????????????
After standing at the front counter for 10 min. An employee whom I thought was going to finally take my order instead decides to complain about not wanting to work the front. So I stand there another 5 min before being able to order. Place is a joke.
By far one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Floors are disgusting. Soda machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Out of cup carriers, out of chili sauce so they pass out Cholula hot sauce, and out of crackers. I'm sure they had the stuff but since there wasn't any at hand I guess nobody feels it's their job to go in the back and stock the stuff. You are not a customer at this store. You are an inconvenience. The only positive thing I can say is the fries were salted well.
This location is consistently terrible. The line is typically 30 minutes or more for a couple of cars, orders received are often wrong or missing items, and they run out of basic supplies, like containers. Went to the drive through where there were no cars and they said it would be a 10-minute wait for them to make food. How do they stay in business? Shaker Heights needs to shut this restaurant down and put in an alternative option with a better business model.
They stretch the truth and tell people their inside cash register doesn’t work so that they don’t have to take your dine in order. Then you have to go outside and get back in your car (if you even have one) and get into the drive thru line, that’s why the line is always so long.
Don’t bother coming to this location I ordered ahead on the app through the carry out option to pick up inside however the inside dining was locked up so I had to go through the drive thru (why have the carry out option available if you can’t go inside) and told them I had a carry out mobile order after waiting and gave them the name and they said they didn’t have it keep in mind I placed a mobile order for the shaker location and they told me to check if this was the right location I asked them if the address 3516 shaker road is correct and the full name again until finally they said they had it and to pull forward again I don’t expect much from fast food but this was a pretty poor experience since I had to wait in the drive through while my food sat cold and they couldn’t bother to check if the order I clearly said was sitting there and gave me zero napkins. Management do better.
