Best WLM Reviews
Lights outside the building and the menu sign off. Indoor area closed. Drive thru line long and going nowhere to the point that Doordash drivers are trying to pick up orders by getting out their car and going directly to the window. I waited 30 mins in the drive-thru and finally decided to leave with no food. Do better or close the place down.
I recently visited Wendy's and was disappointed with the poor face-to-face interaction during the drive-thru pickup. Despite being a quick service, the staff failed to provide a welcoming and friendly experience.
- No greeting or smile from the staff
- Orders were handed over without confirmation or courtesy
- Seemed rushed and disinterested
Food quality was satisfactory, but the lack of personal touch and customer service left a negative impression. Hope to see improvement in the future.
I arrived and asked for the biggie bag. I was told that in the very near future, that the price would increase to $6. Then I watched them change the small fry to a medium, and the drink to a medium. The website Said that the biggie bag was $5. They told me that this was not true. But just for me, just this one time, they would make an exception and give it to me for $5. I'm a grown adult and I don't appreciate being lied to. They may have thought that they were slick and got another dollar out of me, but in reality, I won't go back to their store, so they have lost ALL money from me. Don't treat me like a child when I roll through your drive -through and maybe I'll be back. Mcdonalds has a bigger burger, and they don't try to trick me when I order their meal bix.
Lol this place is always missing my order notes. This time they got the entire order completely wrong. What a joke.
Edit: I will say that Day did her best to make things right when Uber Eats wouldn't. Still, I wouldn't have had to walk twenty minutes had the job been done correctly so begin with. Props to her professionalism.
This location is a dad joke. Confirmed orders never made. Waste of time and money. Never going here again.
They littleraly called a police officer over to have me leave the parking lot while leaving this review. A valid complaint for them not completing a promised service to fulfill a confirmed order for a customer. They litterally had one simple job to do, hand over food that was paid for.
Ridiculously long wait while the cashier laughs and jokes with patrons while others are waiting to place their order . I’ve never seen anything more ghetto and unprofessional.
Ghetto, employees has attitudes, drive thru line is always long. Orders are missing something or wrong AT BEST!!!!
I would never personally prefer this Wendy’s the paper for the food looks as if it’s Ben tossed aside or even stepped on burgers are all flat nuggets are not even cooked fully no recipe and I was also rushed while ordering after everything thing I asked for the person would respond are you done I got one burger and one 10pc the picture is what my burger looked like soon as I removed it I’ll even throw in the sand witch so u can see how flat it was the customer service was trash the whole crew there attitude an lack of care for customers is distasteful
