The drive-thru speaker is busted so I was asked to pull forward to the window. No big deal. I literally looked the employee in the eyes and clearly & audibly ordered one apple pecan salad, NO CHICKEN. What do I receive?? One salad WITH CHICKEN! What is the excuse for this type of gross incompetence & nincompoopery?????? ****Receipt posted for proof****
The food was good. It was served fast & it was warm. The last that took our order asked if we wanted dipping sauces we said yes & told her the kind we wanted. Unfortunately she did not give us any. We did not realize it until we had already left to go home. Other than that our visit and our food was great. We got the 5 dollar b
iggy bags. They are well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you don't have a lot of money to spend. But want good food!
Two words: Food poisoning
I got the worst food poisoning that lasted for days because of their raw burger. It already took ten minutes for the food to come out and pulling up but the fact that the burger wasn’t done is crazy. The actual food wasn’t bad and before I even realized the burger wasn’t cooked, I had eaten half the sandwich. I looked down to pick up a tomato that was sliding off to see the whole burger was pink on the inside. Followed by FOOD POISONING FOR 3 DAYS. I was so sick and scared of what might happen to me. To make it worse it was the first restaurant I ate at and I’m new to this town. Never going back and honestly scared to even eat at any other fast food places here because the first one almost took me out. Please train your employees on how to properly cook. I will reach out to someone but I’m just now recovering enough to even write this review. The staff was nice and I didn’t mind waiting, buts it’s the fact I waited just to get undercooked food…..
They gave me a mangles tortilla. I couldn’t even eat my wrap.
The store is trashed! All our food was old and cold the burgers, the nuggets, the fries were the coldest part of the food and to salty to eat. The nuggets had a burnt taste and looked terrible definitely need to change the frier oil! Worst experience yet all I can say was the manager on duty was really polite taking my order. But they didn't seem enough to care about our food so we did eat it. I will NEVER GIVE THE WABASH STORE MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!! 3RD st is where we usually go and never have one issue!!!
I made the mistake of coming to drive thru last night. Hungry and tired. I ordered a Dave's single with cheese and a spicy chicken sandwich. I have a large added. The total is $15.75 I pull up go to my app screen show the cashier. I had a coupon buy the two sandwiches for $6.00 she said well that didn't work. Yet you got your points. Went for a manager. Jessica can you help me? Manager Jessica couldn't she said so you're change is $5.25. ???? how so. 7 plus 5 is 12. I give 20 dollars. How is 6 plus 5 equal 11. I asked I gave a coupon it's valid why am I being overcharged? She says rudely so you wanted all three for 6.00 dollars? No ma'am but sorry for bothering you. Give me my money back. I'm not doing this. I've added what the total should of been. Don't play with Wabash. Jessica is by far the worst manager of terre haute. Like I tried to tell you I had a coupon. Then she says did the cashier give you any change already. I'm not a thief yet you are. Tried to over charge people you're a crappy human being!
The past few times I've gone, they've had about an inch gap on the drinks. Barely above the Wendy's girl's head... Had three fries that seemed double cooked and brittle with the others soft, which is kinda gross to think about.
