Attempted to grab some quick food from this Wendy’s, but as soon as I stepped out of my car I stepped in old fries, coupled with confetti trash EVERYWHERE, among lots more trash in the parking lot. The door was NOT wiped recently, it had spills and grime all over it. I should have left then. The inside was no better, it was just as disgusting as the outside. Random trash left in front of restrooms, and on the floor. It definitely did not look like they had wiped any of the counters, either. We left without ordering.
Door dashes from here, my Large fry was half full, nothing extra that i paid for to be put on the sandwich was on there, who ever made my sandwich thought it'd be funny to slap 10 onions onto it, then instead of giving me a large sweet tea i got a large unsweetened...
I can't tell if this is a sick joke at this point but my nights officially ruined.. ????
Food is consistently overcooked and dry. Spent 15 minutes waiting in a short drive thru line just to get cold, overcooked food.
Not handing out receipts even when asked so how do you give feedback to Wendy’s management/corporate directly without one?
Food is usually pretty fresh and tasty. Sometimes, you'll get a dried out nugget or two. Unfortunately, the employees that work the window are hit or miss. Today, the first window was very polite and welcoming, while the second window employee was "out of it." His eyes were red and barely open. He muttered when he spoke. He tried opening the window, but it was already open. He gave me a bag that wasn't mine (only had 3 people in line at that time) and he forgot to put silverware and napkins in my bag (he did politely apologize and handed me the items). Overall, it was delicious yet uncomfortable. I do recommend ordering before the evening crew come in.
Went in for breakfast before heading to work… All I ordered was a sausage egg and cheese English muffin meal…. They gave me a croissant instead so I took it back up to the counter to get it fixed… so they gave me a croissant again and they told me it was an English muffin…. I opened it up and said um that’s a croissant . 20 mins waiting just for them to give me the correct order . Yall can’t be that dumb
Traveling through and stopped for a late lunch. The line was half way around the building, so food should have been fresh. We ordered 3 biggie bags. Every order of nuggets were old and dried out. The fries were ok. But the sandwiches were smashed flat?! You could tell something pressed them down. Each of the three orders of nuggets came with ONE sauce...we ordered three different sauces. We received THIRTEEN OF ONE KIND! The pop was all seltzer as well. This is the WORST experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. I mean come on, if you have the time to throw 13 sauces in a bag...you have the time to put 3 correct sauces in. We didn't bother getting things corrected because we didn't have time...as I said, they were busy. The last time I stopped here my order was wrong too...won't be stopping at this location again.
Ordered via app requested bacon, mayo, tom, lettuce recieved NO toppings! Went back through drive thru ordered different sandwich and paid for it, gave other sandwich to my dog. Manager said "I made your sandwich so it will be correct" recieved burger in pieces and NO bacon not mention the wait was long. They were definitely struggling!
Said printer was broken so I couldn't get a receipt. Asked for the owners phone number and magically the printer started working. No sense of urgency at this location, they are under staffed and do not care about customer service. If there are more than 2 cars waiting I won't stop.
