Every time my boyfriend and I come here there’s something wrong. The other day we went to go get our food and they completely forgot the other part of our food. Then this evening I got some spicy garlic Parmesan nuggets and when I got home I realized they basically threw the container in the bag and all the sauce spilled into the bad. The nuggets were basically not even covered with the sauce
Me and my boyfriend placed mobile orders at 11:30pm. We arrived about 5 minutes after to the drive thru; auto system said they're closed when clearly the location closes at 1am. Saw workers inside, went to the door of location and no one came to inform me. Workers were cleaning inside as if closing early. Had to cancel our mobile orders.
This location gave consistent crap based on service, time waiting, and not getting the orders right. Just go to 23rd street...
Food was good tried the new krabby patty burger and milkshake, the burger was good and the milkshake was decent. Service was great. The atmosphere was kind of bland not really good music playing either and a bit dirty.
Never know if they are gunna be open after 10, even tho the hours on the door say otherwise. I've been here many times and they are closed an hour or more early. Customer service is lack luster. Food is always meh but edible. Writing this as I just sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes at 11:15. When they are not closed untill 12. W2g wendys.
The whole experience was great, from the food to the customer service. Savannah in the drive-thru was very sweet and had a beautiful smile on her face the entire time she was helping me.
Can't rate anything else because I didn't experience anything. My husband and I came around midnight and was told in drive thru that they were only taking Door Dash orders. So we parked and placed an order. When it said it was ready we went to pick up and the drive thru automated system said they were closed and when we drove to the window the pets walked out. Thankfully able to get refunded.
My family and I absolutely love Wendy's food. They have a nice selection of menu items and the frosty's are to die for we prefer the chocolate one over the vanilla. And the small snack size is just right. I brought my friend's daughter here to get a frosty cause she never had one but she didn't like the texture at all. This store is clean the parking lot is well kept they have a public restroom. And they got our order right in the drive-through.
The Lynn Haven store needs to make improvements all areas. I was 2nd in line for several minutes and the lady in front of me was upset because she had already been there several minutes without anyone even acknowledging her. I asked for the manager and she was right there. She hadn’t even greeted us. It wasn’t for the lack of employees, either. I seen probably 7 or 8 walking around and 2 on break in the lobby area. There were several employees over by the drive thru but no one at the counter.
When I ordered the food came fast but it should have because I ordered a salad and those are made ahead of time. However, my salad was missing it’s usually cranberries and the apple chunks were slices, not properly cut for a salad.
The atmosphere was not good either. It was not cool, kind of damp and stinky especially near the trash cans.
