Worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. My burger was so undercooked it was still cold in the center when I bit into it. Had to drive back there and ask for the manager 2 times. When she came up she didn't seem to care. Staff was highly unprofessional cussing and doing whatever in the back. Would not recommend this location.
I like places where the staff aren't afraid to share a joke! Person taking the order had a sense of humour, food was good, restaurant was clean. Plus it's just down the road from home!
Went through the drive through. Noticed they missed a drink and asked for it before leaving. Then when i parked I checked the bag. They had forgotten 2 more items. I went into the dining room to ask for them and no one was at the register, they were all standing around yelling that there was someone upfront, including the manager on shift. I know it was halloween. But there was no one in the dining room, and about 5 cars behind me. To be fair I had purchased 6 biggie bags, but they were basically the same food, fries, nuggets, burgers, and drinks. This isn't the first time I've had food missing either. It seems like it happens more often then not.
Every since the remodel of this location, the place has gone downhill. They brought in the coke freestyle machines, which are terrible. I thought as long as the still kept brewed Ice Tea, I would still stop for lunch. I haven't been to this location in a while. Now, they no longer have ice tea. They no longer give senior discounts. The food was cold, fries were cold, and frosty was liquid.
I will no longer give them my business. The Ice Tea is a deal breaker. I don't drink soda or any other sweetened drink. They wouldn't even offer me a refund for the drink I purchased that I couldn't use.
The Wendy's of choice
This wendys location is a good place eat at. The food taste great and fresh. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and organized. It was my first time eating breakfast here and probably the best tasting breakfast fastfood around.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and a baked potato with sour cream and chives. Both of my sandwiches were missing lettuce and tomato and one had ketchup added to it for some reason. And they didn't put sour cream on my potato. How you mess up a 3 item order with two of the items being the same is beyond me. Will definitely never be coming back to this location
I came by at 12:09am and they close at 1:00am. I was advised by a Mia that they are only taking mobile orders. I asked why they are open until 1:00am then I’d they don’t take drive through orders. All of a sudden they could take my order. I said no thank you, we’ll go somewhere who wants our business. As I drove away, a young female was in the window playing on her phone! My daughter was so hungry coming back from the ER and all she wanted was Wendy’s! Thanks
I will never be returning to this Wendy's again. The service is not service. The staff doesn't seem to care about their guests. My order was wrong. My plain cheeseburger for my granddaughter had everything on it. My nuggets and fries were cold. No one smiled or even made eye contact with me. It was as if I was a huge inconvenience to them. Almost like I was disturbing them while they are trying to relax. Just terrible and I won't ever be back. There are so many other choices around that it is not hard to stop going to Wendy's.
