Check if your order is correct before leaving the drive. When we got home, I discovered that they half filled my large fry and didn't give me the nuggets that come with the biggie bag.
Mobile order I picked up was just sad when finally opened at home. I ordered 2 Baconator Burgers , which in reality looks like they have been smashed by something and missing all the bacon as advertised. Hopefully this isn't a new trend from them .
I like this Wendy's. It is always clean and that shows a lot on its own for me. I do not know if it is me or not but they seem never to be busy because they always get the orders out right away. Every time I've been there I've never had a problem with my order and the customer service is always great kind and friendly. This is definitely one of the best Wendy's to come to so I ran the area stop by and get you something what are my favorites here is the baconator and don't forget they also have one of the best Frosty's around.
Cmon man. How can you serve your customers this amount of fries in a biggie bag? This is a joke!! For your prices. You’re better off going to In And Out Burger. And the bacon was missing!! Very disappointed. Will not be coming back.
Every time I've gone to this location I've had issues. This one will make me never go back again. I ordered 2 meals and 2 of the 4 piece nuggets. I had to repeat my order 4 times (usually doesn't bother me). I asked for no mayo in both sandwiches. When I got to the window and heard the order was sover $30 I asked to repeat my order. Cashier said 2 of the 9 piece orders so I corrected her. She got upset and sighed (again, usually doesn't bother me). She fixed it and gave me the bags then my cokes. I ordered one coke and one diet. I asked if one was diet as neither was marked. Her response was yes, which I asked which one, and she said "I don't know but one of them is". By this time I was getting upset and decided not to make a big deal. I can taste and see which was diet. I get home to find my order was still not only wrong but the fries were half cold and half warm, one of the sandwiches had mayo, and my burger was undercooked with pink in the middle. Those are not very thick burger patties, it would have taken probably 30 more seconds to fully cook it. Very disappointing but also not shocked for this location that always has issues. Don't go there!!
Staff are slow, ignorant and will complete orders however they see fit, I sat waiting for my simple meal, however people who ordered after me, with larger bags were served first. Not to mention what seemed like favoritism between staff and customers? Something I do not understand. It took me 30 minutes to get a burger and fries, and they told me they ran out of fries, when I can see a fresh batch of them ready to serve in the background. Inexcusable laziness.
My husband and I were coming out of Home Dept and placed a mobile order for carry out and Bernice was amazing and on top of our order by the time we walked inside. She was extremely attentative as we walked in and we stated we had a mobile order and was able to get us in and out within 5 minutes tops. Always a pleasure to visit this store.
Wendy's has by far the best quality at the best price. We occasionally try the other burger chains and are always a disappointment. Using the app to order, they always have a good deal going and the rewards points add up quickly.
