I wish I could give -10 stars. Absolutley the worst fast food stop I've ever made. Not even going to explain everything I'll leave this picture of the worst part. The month old baconator fries with whole pieces of raw bacon is wild. These people shouldn't even be allowed to make fast food.
This store has completely gone downhill. Extremely poor service
I ordered a Baconator and got a burger patty with a chicken patty on top. And they gave me this after I told them that my last order was wrong

I was on a DoorDash so I didn't get to taste the food but it smelled good it was hot I didn't have to wait in line that long The service was great the new management is great I'll definitely go here and eat when I want Wendy's
It has not been a late night that I've gone to this Wendy's and not had an issue. It's either I get to the speaker and no one greets me @ 9pm and later, I'm waiting in a line for extended times just to get to the speaker and the drive through associate does not respond or they tell me they are closed. Mr. and Mrs. Wendy's how about paying people more that work after 5:30 a shift deferential so you can keep your stores open all advertised hours.
Wrong order bad custer care service at drive threw. Lady was rude and had to go back in and have the whole entire order remade. No hAir nets are beimg woren at all by none of the employes that were on duty. Employees, hair wasnt even pulled back from their faces just dangling over the food no gloves when preparing the food. I dont ever see my family ot friends ever going here again. Worst expirence i have ever encountered with the chain...
Went by Saturday 5:00 through drive thru and girl said she couldn't take orders bc she was waiting on her shift to get there. Went by Sunday at 6:20 she said she couldn't take orders because their system was down but meanwhile I saw employees outside both times. What's the point of the boo books if your never open to actually get food?
If I could give zero stars trust me I would. I pulled up at the drive-thru and you will be sitting there for 10 to 15 minutes before you get any help And once you order you still waiting another 10 minutes come on people it does not take a rocket scientist to make a burger and fries or a high school diploma well maybe they need to start hiring high school diploma but this Wendy's need to do much better.
Placed pick up order last night at 7:30 to pick up inside, not in the drive thru. Sent my teenager to grab the food and frostys, doors were locked and an employee kept mouthing something she couldn’t understand. No signage on the door or anything. He finally came to the door and angrily asked her what she wanted. She explained she needed to get their food order, he brought her the order and she said we are missing our frostys to which he said no you aren’t. But we had frostys. He replied, no you didn’t. And closed the door. We didn’t have our food, we had someone else’s food which my other child who the food was for wouldn’t eat. No frostys. Terribly disappointed. On our way home after a week away because of Helene. One child with no food. Terrible.
