I was pissed because I specifically asked for extra sour cream when I ordered the sour cream and chive potatoe. However, they had us pull up to the front and they brought the food out but instead I got no butter, no sour cream and a dry and crappy potato. I am giving them 3 stars though because I did call and speak to the manager who actually was very pleasant and added my name to a list to come back and get it replaced. I appreciated that and I will update after I go and try to redeem it in the near future.
Got double cheeseburger combo and small chili, everything was okay, @$22 dollars..all the napkins, ketchup and other condiments were stored behind the counter because of theft, from homeless or others, bathrooms have double security code because of misuse, likely again from homeless.. dining room was clean to my surprise.. will not return
Customer service here sucks balls. They have you park and wait for food when it's not busy at all. Like literally not one car parked outside, or in the drive thru. I also think they mess with Customers food, GROSS. Don't waste your time or money.
Honestly, their food is really good but it’s always so cold and dirty. This whole place is a biohazard and it’s stinky. The employees are also clueless teenagers.
Service was good. Like to see them bring the food out to you like other fast food. What was disappointing was no small cups were available for ketchup. Had to go back up to counter to ask for one. If there busy you'll have to wait. Really, Wendy's is getting cheap.
The wait for one burger when I go inside is crazy. They r so focused on drive thru that the make customers feel ignored for 5 to 10 mins when I go inside. Other customers were super frustrated as well. I am not sure I will go back to the wendys on jamacha and Washington.
I went to the drive thru and ordered a medium meal. I only got about 1/6 of my fries filled and did not get bbq sauce for my rubber nuggets. The rubber nuggets don't tasted good without the bbq sauce. I only ate my burger and about the seven fries that I got. Maybe Wendy's is looking out for my health. Thanks for that Wendy's.
Wish I didn't need to give them any stars. Ordered an avocado blt without ranch through the drive thru todaybecause I'm allergic to sauce like that. Anyways, the screen was not showing that she selected no ranch so my husband asked her twice maybe three times about there being no ranch and she said" yes I got it don't worry." Still not showing on the screen. We got our order and we just got home to find out there's RANCH ALL OVER IT! Never again.
