A taco salad with no tortilla chips or salsa is crazy work ???? ... plus I ask for no ice in my drink. It's like you repeat yourself because they ask you only to be ignored more than once. 10pm on a Sunday and clearly you are not that busy. Smdh i try to order the simplest thing on the menu ????
Went through the drive-thru and ordered the chicken sandwich. As I'm driving down the road I attempt to eat my sandwich and the first bite was all it took. It was not cooked thoroughly. I wonder if they enjoy eating raw chicken because that's literally what they served me.
I have been to this location many times and I have neither been impressed nor disappointed. Food is always good. Service is as expected. However today everyone I encountered on my visit seemed to just be in a great mood. It definitely made my day.
I had a not so great customer service experience on 10/06/24 at about 10:15am. Me and my children and husband went through the drive-thru for breakfast. At the speaker, I ordered 2 sausage burritos, and the cashier said they were out of sausage, so I said "ok ill just take one bacon burrito then."OK, your total is such and such at the first window." The cashier said this in a very rushed tone and did not give me a chance to complete my order. On the way up to the window I had told my husband I wanted a lemonade too and he told me I could just add it at the window so when I got up there I asked the cashier to please add on a strawberry lemonade. She gave me a dirty look and, in a rude tone, told me, "Next time you need to order at the speaker. I have a line. " I looked behind me, and there was one car directly behind me and 1 at the speaker. No one else was behind the 2nd car. I told her, "I was going to order at the speaker, but you rushed me up here to the window, and now you're being rude, you're being rude." It took her longer to charge me for my order than it did to hand me the lemonade. I did not want to be an inconvenience, but if you want customers to finish their order at the speaker, it isn't wise to rush them to the window as fast as possible. I wasn't taking forever to order, and I wasn't being rude, and I was offended by the cashiers tone of voice during our entire transaction.
5pm sunday 10-20-24. Kitchen was full of people. Dining room wasn't. 2 people waiting on food. I stood there for 10 minutes before I left. Not a single person even looked at me, let alone took my order.
Competition all around them so who needs them.
They don't like to do their jobs, literally said hmm no I don't want to. Why be in fast food if you don't want to work? The people who work here are very *ignorant* (being out nicely) hope y'all hire people who's actually worth their weight
This place needs help. They were out of sausage biscuits and Coke. There was only one cook. We were there over 20 minutes and didn't receive the right order. They locked the doors and turned customers away because of short staff. The manager or owner needs to step it up. Unacceptable.
Big sign open for breakfast. It was 9:55 am. Cars in the lot. I pull up to place a drive thru order but no one is there to take my order.
