Ordered online before I headed home from work. When I got to the drive thru, the woman at the window tried to hand me two lemonades. I didn't order that and told her I had a cherry coke. She gave me the cherry coke and the bag with the correct carry out tag on the bag. No problem. When I got home, I open the bag and I am missing a double stack and the spicy chicken sandwich. I understand that orders get messed up sometimes, but this wasn't close. I also wouldnt be as upset if my order was remotely close and I wouldn't be out at least $10 of food. I'm not sure what the process is to check online orders, but something needs to change to ensure this doesn't happen again.
I recently ordered from Wendy’s and found the customer service to be efficient and straightforward. However, I was quite disappointed to discover a piece of hair in my food. It would be helpful if there were a standard requiring staff to wear hairnets while handling food.

Paid for bacon i never received ???? normally i wouldnt complain but prices are so high these days its just very annoying. This store tends to rush out orders and miss things at night too
Updating as since I posted this it's gone way downhill, last time I've been and will go I got fries with a side of hair. Sent in an fyi to the location, and got a rudereaponse call and a refund of cash in the mail, just an envelope with cash in it. I attached my photos since Wendy's didn't want them... But like, not handled well. Sorry... Not sorry.
People here are ALWAYS friendly and happy.
Happy employees, the cleanest fast food place in the area, and the best prices. Not sure how they do it.
Ordered on door dash and did not get what I ordered they only sent me nuggets and a nasty regular lemonade I had ordered nuggets a chili a frosty and a strawberry lemonade never ordering from here again nuggets was cold and nasty waste of money
It’s Wendy’s. The food was hot and fresh. The coke was not so good. They need to clean there lines and check the syrup levels.
The service at the drive thru was unfriendly. Handed the bag to me without saying a word. When we got home, my daughter’s hamburger had no patty… she cried
