I was here for lunch. Firstly the customer service was amazing. An elderly couple came into the store and couldn't hear their order being called out, so the attendant walked the food out to them and it made their day. He was so hospitable and nice. The food was typical Wendy's food. My only criticism is that to the staffs knowledge one of the soda machines weren't working, but they didn't tell the customers or put a sign up. It would have been nice to know that before trying for several minute with no success. Overall a very nice dining experience.
The food Except for one time is always great hot tasty fresh. Never had an order wrong. They have great deals right now the son of a baconater is only three bucks! They have tasty food choices. I only wish they would get tacos like Jack-in-the-Box and curly fries. Nice people good food never felt sick never felt bad afterwards.
While visiting this Wendy's I recieved excellent service. The staff was very courteous and helpful for 10pm, far more than I was expecting for the time I was there. Happy Holidays guys!!
Asked for extra pickles and got a lousey 2 also asked for NO ONION got the stupid onion. And most definitely don't recommend the krabby patty burger. Disgustingly sloppy and my meat wasn't even cooked all the way.
It’s Wendy’s.. hadn’t been to one in a minimum, and it was tasty as I remember. Be cautious.. this spot on a Friday evening is packed! Drive through moved fast though.
the employees here are very kind and fast! dining roomis INCREDIBLY clean and inviting! food is also great and always fresh!!!
My wife and I stopped in and got two baconator burgers and the baconator fries and the damn fries looked like they was just thrown together real quick and the fries was very stale and tasted old you couldn’t even chew the bacon it was so hard and the cheese was really cold. To top it off the I assume to be night manager was very loud and disruptive.
Always enjoyed Wendys but watch your receipts. My wife bought biggy bag used debit card. Not looking at receipt. Receipt said she paid with cash and got change back. Debit came through for almost 17dollars about 10 dollars more than meal. Talked to manager who explained was new girl provided receipt and debit info told be refunded. Its been a month since initial request and she keeps saying it be refunded. Its not a fortune but its crazy they have that much problems refunding customer. And wondering how many others never notice miss charges. Love the food but probly wont eat there in future unless using cash.
