Very expensive and a complete rip off. Went through the drive through get home and that is my large chili with cheese and onion and a large fry and medium frosty. The only thing filled was the frosty sorry but not sorry. Not worth the money.
Less than one star my lettuce was black my fries and nuggets tasted like you cooked them the day before it was not even edible. It isn't even your fault for taking me money in return for rancid food it's my fault for coming back again.
Seriously the staff here is amazing! We watched a customer come in angry to pick up his mobile order, no fault to employees at all, and watched the manager defuse the situation like a pro. They even apologized to us as we heard everything. Never had such an amazing service and help for fast food like this before. This will definitely be my fast food stop from now on.
I have never been to a faster Wendy's in my life! Food tasted great and was hot and order was correct! This doesn't often happen at other fast food places I visit.
We enjoyed our late evening visit to Wendy’s! The employees were pleasant and friendly. They got our interesting order served correctly! It is a clean, bright and upbeat environment! Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food choices, as their prices are very good, and so is the food!
Drive through staff always rude doesn't matter how nice you try to be. Everytime I order here someone has an attitude from the jump. Consistently ruining orders. Ordered a sausage egg cheese english muffin, got the sausage egg and cheese in a box with no bun. Politely ask for no condiments on burgers and they ignore it (happened to me multiple times here) half filled drinks with no ice. They don't care about their jobs and it's evident in the way they treat you and your food at this location. Will not return to this location and anyone reading this I recommend eating anywhere else.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service at this Wendy’s. I’ve asked many times “No Cheese” because I have an allergy, and I let them know. Every time I have to go inside and have them remake it. Then their customers service dudes attitude at the window. Dude was very disrespectful when we said no cheese. Didn’t put it in the system correctly. Got up the window the second time to have them remake it and he was giving so much attitude. Ripped then bag that the “new” sandwich was in. Sandwich was still made incorrectly. Worst service ever.
The good - the wait time was not bad at all!
The bad - I was not given a receipt when I paid, so there was no opportunity to leave a survey. Also, the baconater was extremely dry and was hard to finish. I have had this experience quite often from this Wendys. If the food tasted better or was more fresh, it would be worth the great price. I don't think I'll be back to this location. :(
