yea, i included pics of my sandwich, and receipt, asked for lite mayo and cheese on both my spicy chix sands, got a glob of mayo and no cheese, waste of time and money, gross, thanks!
Thanks for charging me $14.25 and giving less than half an order of fries. Most impressive is they don't answer the phone call a few minutes later. F- for service.
First off we go here about once a week ,if the slow lady with hobo gloves is there just do yourself a favor and turn around it's always a issue she's slow, touches food without gloves and I mean I seen here put shredded cheese on fries without gloves . Charged wrong customer for my ice cream and then say it's not her fault she was off yesterday so she's excusing herself....I never did get my ice cream all while the manager waled around like there wasn't an issue. Bad management and bad service the cooks seems good but that's about it.
usually come here after work in the morning. we have been annoyed that food isn’t being prepared before the shift and customers waiting 10-15-20 varies on the day, for food. today we got 2 sandwiches and a drink and waited 20 minutes for our meal that i had to walk up to the drive to get. we also witnessed 3 separate employees come outside to smoke whatever while us and another car were waiting on food. i spoke with a lady and told her i was not trying to be rude but we were waiting for 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and all she did was defend the store saying they’re behind. i informed her that if they wouldn’t take smoke breaks while people are waiting it would be more productive.
Came through the drive-thru right around 11:45 not worrying too much since they closed at 1AM. I ordered a Dave’s double - was looking forward it. It was really bad - dried out patties, barely any toppings on it. I threw it away. Disappointing.
2 cars in line and they greet you with a “It’s gonna be a long wait, like an hour”. Jesus Christ you can’t keep up with 3 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 4 drinks? Why even be a restaurant if you maximum order load is 1 number 1 with a large coke? If you’re the owner of this terrible franchise, shut down because you’re either losing money or laundering it. There’s no other options.
I have NEVER gotten an order back that is correct. The only reason I keep coming back is because this is the only Wendy’s in Auburn. 3rd times the charm though, never again. It’s a shame really. Do better
Wasn’t impressed with breakfast sandwiches. The breads muffins and croissant buns need to be more toasted. My muffin tasted like raw dough. Staff was very friendly and helpful, as far as the atmosphere inside the floors were very greasy. Definitely lucky if they didn’t have any injuries.
