And yet AGAIN on Aug 30 not enough staff for dining room to be open…….
Why oh why doesn’t Wendy’s pay enough to actually have Employees show up for work???!???
I see over and over again Wendy’s closed for workers not showing up - only the drive in part being open. I want to eat IN the restaurants not in my car.
Come on Wendy’s- step up to the plate and retain your employees by paying them well!
I really like their food, fries are fresh and good, burger also tasty.
But I don’t want to eat it in my car!!!!!!!
We usually go through the drive-thru to pick up mobile orders and they usually have our order ready and correct. There's been a few times we had to go in for one reason or another and the interior is not always the cleanest unfortunately but the staff always seem to be busy.
The burger was very dry . The place was absolutely filthy. Several seats were completely torn. There was actually period blood on the toilet in the women's room!
I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I received. Upon entering, all employees and managers were seated and appeared inconvenienced by our presence. Additionally, the facility was unclean, and I observed that none of the staff in the back were wearing gloves. This level of service is unacceptable.
We dined in today and the manager looked annoyed that we were dining in. The dining area is really dirty and gross. The fries were really old and cold but my chicken sandwich was good.
One of the worst Wendy's to go to, they made my fries sooooo salty my sandwich was just gross I couldn't even eat them then all they drinks were out beside sprite or tea I dined in with my family and it wasn't good at all, someone needs to help them. the inside was clean which was good but the service food is poor quality
The vanilla frosty is back! It tasted different, less something but oh well. The drive-through & window staff were really nice & efficient.
Let's see first my chicken sandwich was cold and clearly not freshly cooked and had been sitting for a while. Then as I'm already half way through my frosty there is a freaking 2 inch black hair mixed in on my spoon. (not mine, I have long red hair) can't file the complaint online bc the browser has a glitch when you try to select the store. And nobody likes to answer the phone. Not that I want a remake ever from this store. This is ridiculous! As a food industry worker y'all need to do better and stop being disgusting and lazy! It's bad enough they all have terrible attitudes and act like it's torture to be working and making money!
