The employees though somewhat kind seemed to not want to be there and seemed to be messing up orders back to back. They need light music in the background and something festive put up in the dining area (it's almost Christmas and there isn't a smile in sight for crying out loud)
I never thought I'd see the day I gave a fast food joint 5 stars, but the quality of my Dave's double I had tonight surpassed all others.
I just arrived home after ordering my food and drink and while the employees were nice, my food was not. I arrived home ready to chow down and was welcomed by my fries tasting horrid and my Chicken sandwich also tasting not the best. I couldn't even talk myself into even eating anymore. 3 fries and I was disgusted with everything. The tasted old and smelled funky.
The fries are always hot, and the Frosties are impeccable. Unfortunately, I have been served the incorrect things twice, but twice out of thousands of times.
I ordered the summer strawberry chicken salad, they are prepackaged salads with no chicken. How can I get the chicken if the salads are premade and shipped? Don’t know who to bring this to.
Pretty good service, food, and nice atmosphere. Fairly clean and calm and quiet.
I work here so I'm bias, but without the best meal you could get here is baconator fries with our new saucey nuggs. Eat them together for a better experience.
While the food is always good here, the drive through is usually VERY slow. Today I waited 25 minutes! I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or what, but this has been consistently very slow for months and if there were more options on the west side of Manhattan I’d probably eat here a lot less often.
