The Jr Chesseburgers are horribly small. And the appearance of the guy working the drive through today was horrendous. The previous women who worked the window were always courteous and looked fast food professional. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
The new robot that takes your order doesn't even confirm it back, you'd trust that it took your order right. Then when you get your food you don't get detailed receipt. When you go back, the manager act like she's on heavy narcotics, very agitated, and slamming the screen of the computer while supposedly correcting your order. You get no receipt and charged for who knows what again, just to get the rest of the order that the robot took before (apparently incorrectly). On top of all that, the burger meat tasted awful, like it was sitting in a shelf without proper temperature for hours, also seemed slightly undercooked.
The fries were flavorless, I've never needed to add salt at Wendy's fries, but these really needed it. Not that I had gotten any condiments, I was even missing the BBQ that they specifically asked me to select on that second visit to the window. Not even a straw for my drink. Seriously, I understand fast food isn't anyone's dream job, but would it kill people to serve others with respect, diligence, empathy? Who chose management in these places? are there drug tests? do anyone audit food/service quality? Anyways, I hope this gets to corporate ears and they start assessing their restaurants. Why invest on technology to take orders if one way or another things are AWFUL, worse than before... half human/ half technology fault. Lookalike the aspect of this Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and tell me if thislooks fresh or appealing??? This is not what I'm used to seeing from my hometown Wendy's in Elkam boulevard, Deltona, this happened at the Sanford restaurant, they need some serious intervention.
Not only was I asked to pull past the line for an online order that was placed with time, but I got raw food. My family and I pulled right to a spot you’d think after waiting food would be hot and we didn’t leave but yet it was raw for all the chicken in sandwiches and nuggets. We all threw up asked for refund and the suggestion was laughed off. Never have had this kind of experience. A refund of 16$ could have prevented all this instead they chose to be nasty. ????
After losing power, we decided to stop at Wendy’s for a quick warm meal after hurricane Milton. The manager with the orange braids (smaller build, blk lady) with the kiddy eye shadow- was very rude. I left so fast I couldn’t even get her name. She was rolling her eyes and cocking her head at us about my boyfriend not “speaking loud enough” to get his order, a simple “can you speak up” would have sufficed. We will never return. I will also be informing corporate, and every other manger of her rude, nasty attitude.
Came here ordered two biggie bags with the bacon double cheeseburgers horrible service requested spicy nuggets they didn’t have it It is before noon on Sunday what going on at this store
I was picking up a mobile order. The employee was professional & patient. They had my order done & out to me within 8 mins. I was surprised cause other locations usually take forever & I have a long wait time.
What I hate about these fast food restaurant they are in there to make money when people put their order in they should get their order right I looked in my bag to make sure I had everything but I forgot I ordered a meal Dave single and I didn't get the fries and I did not realize that until I got home then the machine that takes the order gives you stuff that you do not ask for so the lady had to correct that and she still did not give me the receipt for me to check for myself which I thought the receipt was in the bag then I asked for extra dressing did not get that I get upset when there is nothing done right and I pay whatever they ask for
My wife and I went to the Drive-Thru for the first time in two years, and it's not something we will do again: The automated order screen screwed up our order: We asked for a single cheeseburger meal, and a separate single sandwich by itself. It took three times to get it right - or so we thought! We ended up with just two sandwiches, We asked at the pay window why there was no fries or a drink. Nobody there took ownership of the situation. Instead, We were handed a stupid green card that stated, "You may qualify to receive a $5eFift Card" by entering a code online. even more disturbing, this green card partners with Target, Walmart, and Staples (which allows them to bombard our text messages with their BS sales)!. The sandwiches tasted terrible! The service was non-existent, and the overall experience reinforced to us to stop going to these fast-foot hamburger joints with their despicable price hikes. As for your green card, it's in the trash with the uneaten parts of the disgusting sandwiches. You've lost two 20-year customers! Never again, Wendy's! Never again!
