Lola and her team went above and beyond for me on Sunday November 3rd. She not only took the time out of her busy day to write a personal note for me (this was my fathers 3 yr of passing anniversary) she and her team fixed my issues I was having with DoorDash customer service. This was during a busy Sunday lunch, she I’m sure was busy as heck, as is everywhere that is hiring and needs people. Thank you for something that was doing your job, but the extra mile you didn’t ever have to do. I will always give this location my business, the people who keep the daily operations going are special and show they care about the customer???? thank you for your kindness Lola.
We stopped in late last night, and they forgot 2 of our fries. I called, and the employee was sorry and left a note for the manager. I called to confirm to pick them up, and she was so nice and will have them freshly made and ready for us.
They are definitely a 5 star for friendless, great customer service, and freshness.
Nobody is in line, I pull up to the speaker and I’m told to wait by the machine, I wait a few minutes and I give my order, someone answers tells me to wait longer… I wait a couple more minutes and pull up to see how many people are in line…. None. And I didn’t even want food I literally only wanted 2 dinky frosties. The amount of times that I’ve tried to get food here and had to leave because they simply can’t even take your order is more than the amount of times I’ve eaten here….
If this gives you any perspective: I went to Taco Bell instead. 3 cars were ahead of me, I ordered and got my food in the same amount of time as me just sitting there at the speaker at Wendy’s… don’t waste your time.
Slow slow service... 20 min wait to order I didn't see a very long line but I've never worked fast food so what do I know.
If I could rate a 0 I would. I sat at the speaker for atleast 10 minutes . I had to say hello to begin with before someone came to the speaker. He was rude & snatched my card.
I will never go here again. Plain out rude as hell!! I also got the blt chicken and it had no bacon on it.
Just got my kids Biggie bags and the order was correct, the food was prepared as asked, and it is fast. Great experience.
Was a good experience even with waiting a few for the food to come out was very fresh and the guy that took my order was young but seemed very intelligent
First time having the new fish sandwich. It was really good. I had to give 3 stars because I had to.pull up and wait for fish, well over 5 minutes. By the time I sat to eat my meal my fries were cold ????
