I’ve been disappointed in Wendy’s generally year after year. I’ll pop in once in awhile to see if it has improved. It used to boast freshness but that is no longer the case. Service was adequate but less than I would expect. They had the Triple Berry Frosty, which most locations had reported either being out of or machine broken.
Manager is rude and can’t take criticism when twice in less than a month they can’t tell the difference between a regular cheeseburger and a baconater. When someone spends $40 on 3 meals they have a right to be upset when their food is incorrect.
Went in twice in last two weeks, stood there for over 5 minutes wasn't even acknowledged both times. First attempt crew working drive thru saw me but went about their way, not telling anyone someone was in the front. Second time one employee was filling a door dash order at the front counter acted as if I was invisible. He then stepped up to the register, printed out another ticket for door dash, and began filling it. Again without even acknowledging me standing there. Second employee pour themselves a coffee, also acted as if I wasn't there. Been in customer service my whole life and this was terrible. I will not go back again. Bad customer service starts at the top of the chain, Managers on down. Shame this town has to put up with such bad service.
All but our french fries. Absolutely old cold and gross. Service was super our order was correct. Store was clean and we'll stocked. I recommend this location, just please do something with the fries????????
Salty hamburgers? Flat, tasteless sodas? Cold fries that taste old? Nuggets are chew as if they had been stirring for an extended period of time? Taco salad had old, nasty looking tomatoes? Was the service lacking training? Management, you need to get on this!
This is a good place to eat. They have good food and my favorite thing which is the Frosty. It's been favorite forever. Wendy's also has an inside so you can set in and enjoy your food if you aren't in a hurry and want to relax as well. I recommend Wendy's to others.
Great food at a decent price! Me and my kids love to come here when I don't feel up to cooking. People are pleasant
