Waited over 20 min to be told to park in Mobile parking area. Waiting another ten min while 4 cars went through the drive through and were served. Order was kids meal, single meal and saucy nug meal. We received food and were missing kids meal burger, and fries for meals… this took another 5 minutes to get straight. Never received straws for drinks but decided to leave as enough was enough p
Typical Wendy’s food . For the most part it was fine. There have been times where I’ve received crunchy fries and had to get them replaced. They’ve gotten my order wrong twice now and I’ve had to come back to rectify it.
My recent issue , I sent my husband to pick up our mobile order . The store told him that they didn’t have it . I tried to call three times , as usual no answer. They told him to check the other stores and I specifically read out their address to them that it had in the app.
I checked my bank statements and sure enough they charged me as if I got the food, that I never received. The audacity of this store to play games like this is wild . No better than the one down the street selling chewy chicken !
Asked for spicy chicken hit a burger. Employee told me "you can drive back around: when I stayex the line was long, he then recommended I come inside. I told him I was not doing all that to get his mistake fixed. A manager i guess stood behind him and told me to pull up and she will fix it.
Fast and accurate. Thus Wendy's surprised me with how the quick the drive thru made the food. Unfortunately, they made the food a little too quick. It was a pretty big order and they only messed one sandwich. I have been there a few times and if this is the only flaw I will continue to go back
The food was pretty good. However, the floor felt like a grease pit; almost like someone threw oil on it and made a sorry attempt to clean it up. I'm surprised no one has fallen on that floor. Also, the music was WAY too loud!!
Good food for fast food and the service was good. Drive through was backed up but they got everyone their order in a surprisingly fast amount of time considering it was after midnight.
The person who took our order at the window really messed up our order, he charged us more at the window because he messed up- but the manager was amazing trying to make it right. I hope his (the manager) day gets better.
I ordered the new bacon egg and cheese burrito. The food was hot and fresh! As it should've been because of the long wait. The cashier at the window acted as if she didn't want to be there.
