It's decent. But right now, the tables are super sticky these lights above are flickering and are hurting my head. They said that the order did not go through and they are, most of the time, super understaffed. So understaffed that I had to leave because they did not come over.
The staff at night always seem to mess up our order. We ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich and came with lettuce only. We also was told at night they don’t have all the food ready. It’s more of you order and have to wait till they’re done cooking it. Love that the food was fresh but I was craving a biggie bag.
Had a very bad experience, went with my girlfriends family who doesn’t speak much English, her father pulled up to the speaker to roll down the rear window, with nobody behind him so his daughter could speak, but they told him to back up, they were also very impatient with someone else having to order and saying everything in an extremely rude tone, at one point after saying a drink for a meal they rudely said “WHAT SAUCE?”, after dealing with this trouble ordering after pulling to the window a lady gave drinks and told us to go to a certain spot then another lady comes back to say never mind, they seemed very unorganized, and also nobody was once behind us this entire time during the process, then it takes a while to get the food. Once getting the food was done her parents checked to make sure everything was right and since it was taking a minute what seemed like a dude from the kitchen went to the window to rudely ask if everything was alright, then just stood there for a minute while they checked and saw there was no sauce on the bag that was asked for once at the window, and also the speaker, and asked for it to be told by the guy “it’s in the bag” then they said okay and listened so he slammed the window shut and went away, now after driving off it was realized that the sauce was there so another trip was made around the building since nobody was still in line just to finally get the sauce.
Never coming here again and this is very childish of adult workers, I even work fast food and this is not way to be treating customers. Wish I could give 0 stars, and that these were accurate, I see many other complaints from recently
Went to this location for a quick breakfast while running errands. This place is disgusting !!! The floor is slippery and has not been mopped. The restroom is worse than any gas station bathroom Ive ever seen. Needlessly to say but I left without ordering and will never return !!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 honey butter breaks fast croissants 1 chicken , 1 chicken add egg and cheese , 2 sausage add extra honey butter. The cashier asked me to repeat it to him then repeated it to me. I received my order and it was in fact not croissants but biscuits ! There was no sausage although I was charged for it. Went back to this location and was offered the sausage on the side! This location can never execute the order no matter the time of day
We never got the food. The drinks were wrong One guy was nice He mentioned that the manager doesn’t listen. We got part of our order but finally drove off. I didn’t trust that we would get food that wasn’t messed with. Will never go there again
First you can't even see the prices because the screens are broke and I was charged $5.36 for a biscuit sandwhich that's 2/$3 Second, they're out of Swiss sauce. Third, they gave me sausage instead of bacon. Fourth, the egg is undercooked and raw and thrown on the biscuit. Worst Wendy's experience ever.
The people that works here does not know about customer service unfortunately did not say anything cause I was scared they might spit or put something in my food. They definitely look like they will do something to it if you complaint .
