We were the only ones there when we placed our order yet it took almost 20 minutes to get out food..the chili wasn't exactly warm they took back and got me another cup ( must've been from bottom of dish bc was hot and a lil crispy) the potatoes with sour cream was okay. The burgers are good as per my hubby but I feel like they are slacking. Was a bit cold in sitting area.
General manager was filling orders, she was awesome. Moving quick getting people out. Her staff on the other hand horrible, needed to be told what to do, we're just standing around. 5 stars for her 0 for the staff.
Dont bother going here.
I goto lowes a few times a month and I like to treat myself to a baked potatoe. EVERYTIME i come to this location they are either out of baked potatoes or just dont feel like making it. Last time they said out of potatoes this tine I would have to wait 2 hours
Every visit I find myself walking back inside because I wasn’t given part of my meal. I am almost always missing the sauce for nuggets and the sour cream for my sour cream and chives baked potato. The staff seem disorganized and not well trained for the drive through.
Special thanks to the wendys branch in Hackettstown NJ, for their great burgers. My favorite morning breakfast sandwich is the Breakfast Baconator #7; just the sandwich is how I order mine. Staff are polite and respectful ????????i would definitely recommend anyone for a fast food meal to stop by and enjoy it as much as i do.
The three people working the drive-thru window were amazing and really sweet to talk to. They stopped to actually talk while taking my payment and made my night after a long drive that night.
Wendy's in Hackettstown has good food. Always fresh and hot. Good atmosphere. Wheel chair accessible. Good parking. Good service.
Good consisent food experience and helpful staff, the but drive-thru can be slow during busy hours - expect to wait 1~2 minutes per car in line.
