Never again. Tried calling but the employees are too busy talking to each other. Very specifically said no tomatoes due to an allergy & I received 4 burgers with tomatoes, after waiting 20 minutes in line, being the ONLY customer in line I was handed cold food, not even room temperature. Do better if your gonna take money from people
Food is good, especially the fries. Most of time, they have low or no salt. Key for my diet. Prices beat McD's with the Biggy bags. Service is good,even when they busy.
Came through once to get food, found out it was very poorly made. Upon calling they said they would remake for me. When I got to the store the gentleman that shouldn't even be working fast food without a hairnet on that long hair, was very passive aggressive with me when it's not that hard to just replace 2 biggie bags. He just wanted to replace the nuggets only. I work in the industry. Customer satisfaction is key. And I was not satisfied the first visit today and definitely not the second. It's a push of a button in the system. This is not how you have returning customers and even though your location is the closest to me, for now on I will be going further to get the right service. Very disappointed you guys. Do better. I didn't even want the nuggets at that point. I drove away.
Their commercials say are food is always fresh that is a lie. Their Jr. Bacon taste like it has sat for hours. It was nasty. I threw it out.
Usually just do drive through. Tried inside and it was slow. Quality is usually pretty consistent but sometimes the d team is on and yuck.
I’ve never had a worse experience at a restaurant in my life. I made a $30 mobile order, gave my name at the drive through, and was given the wrong order. When I told them they took the food back and said they didn’t have my order. I went in and asked to speak to a manager. The manager only would say to cancel it in the app. The app wouldn’t let me cancel it because the store already processed my order. The manager would not listen to me when trying to explain that they probably gave someone else my order like they gave me the wrong order. He said if I have someone else’s order then I should be happy with that. I told him I gave the order back to the girl at the drive through and he told me I could just call corporate. I asked for corporates number and he refused to give me any more information. He then went in the back and refused to come back out and talk to me. No one would give me any contact information for a general manager, for corporate or any alternative options to help me get my money back. Finally one of the employees just asked me what the order was and made it for me while the manager continued to hide in the back and ignore the problem. The young girls at the counter were far more professional and actually possessed customer service skills. The manager has no business having any responsibility whatsoever so ever if that is how he chooses to resolve conflict. Absolutely insane experience!
You always get my order right, there has only been a couple times I get some funky bacon on my Jr bacon, that's unpleasant but overall great experience.
You once and Tammy at this store are extremely nice, courteous and treat each customer as though they’re the only one there.
I HIGHLY recommend any one to go to this Wendy’s!!’n
