The first I went there I got seasoned potatoes they didn’t even cook them all the way they were still cold and we waited a while for them too this time I got baconator fries they barely put any cheese on my food
Walked in 4 workers standing around went up to place an order I get dirty looks and no help until another worker comes out of the restroom. This is worst Wendy’s by far in customer service and cleanliness I got a meal my fries covered in salt along with the box too. Watch a worker drop a fry box on the floor and then serve that same box out the drive thru Will never eat here again
Atrocious customer service, dirty, dingy smelly restaurant!! Always used drive thru when ordering here before. First time inside, and I won't be back! Walking into the restaurant I saw what appeared to be a week old Frosty covering the bottom of the door and window. When I opened the door it smelled horrible inside! Observing the staff, I saw the burger cook touching his face and other parts of himself while preparing food with no gloves. The guy putting the food together was wearing gloves at least. The lady working the register/drive thru was rude, unprofessional and was definitely not cut out to work a customer service job. After seeing all this while waiting I decided to ask for a refund on my carryout order. This was in the evening around 9pm on a Sunday night. Please stay away from this horrible disguising place! I will never be back.
Ordered the 50 nugget deal, they were supposed to be spicy, and I got 50 plain ones after waiting 30 minutes. The only other item was a pub burger combo and guess what was missing? If you guessed the entire sandwich you guessed correctly! This place is absolute garbage compared to the one that shut down. They don't even answer their phone so good luck trying to get an incorrect order fixed.
Editing my review to include a picture of the only item in the combo that WAS in the bag. They scraped the greasy bacon gristle off the grill and put it on fries for me. In context I ordered an hour and a half before they closed.
I was there for a pick up order and they were so lazy to just hand the order to me on the window. What happen to the good customer service guy?
Great meal,delicious. Our only issue would be that we waited at the cash to have our order taken,while the cashier put bags away, waited for a previous order to be made, there were at least 7 people working and the restaurant was pretty much empty. A lesson in priority setting might be necessary.
The young lady who answered the drive thru, She was very rude and had an attitude. When i went to the second window, The women who handed me my drinks was even worse. (I think it was the same lady though). I said thank you and have a good day to her and she just rolled her eyes.
The older guy at second window, either a manager or just an employee, was even worse. i said thank you so much and i hoped that he had a nice day, and all he did was hand me my food and shut the window on me. This has happened for multiple past visits. I let it slide because i know people are allowed to have bad days. But now it’s been almost every time i go there. It seems when i go there after i get off of work at 11pm is the only time i had a nice employee from there. It was the women with the colored hair.
But ON TOP OF ALL THIS, I GET TO WORK…
1. My sweet tea is UNSWEETENED
2. They forgot my ranch ????
3. My CHOCOLATE frosty tasted like it was mixed with their orange frosty.
I walk early and today was hot. I stopped at Wendy's for an ice cold soda. It was 6:35 and right there was a sign that says "open at 6:30", the door was locked.
