What the heck is this!? Y’all can’t afford a single slice of American cheese!? What’s even worse, this is supposed to be the SpongeBob Krabby Patty promotion!? Y’all didn’t forget the pickles but you forgot the onions… and for a Krabby Patty this is a bunch of hoopla! To make a Krabby patty you First put bottom bun, then patty, followed by ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, cheese, tomato and top bun in that order. That’s how you make one crying Johnny (Krabby Patty). In the end of the day, the staff clearly don’t care. If y’all just slapped American cheese on my burger, I wouldn’t have noticed. 0/10 would not come back to this specific Wendy’s location.
I was disappointed and beyond belief that they found it ok to hand someone these burnt food. I have to start with the one that took our order and seems to be bothered with us ( like they didn't want to be at work). We got the window, and he still wasn't very pleasant. He gave us our food, and when I opened the original cheese fries and it had a corner of food, and with the cost of food, this was a joke that wasn't hilarious at all. So we showed them to the manager, and he sent them back and the photos it what I received, burned and disgusting, and the rest of my family got food. Poisoning my poor son was stuck on the toilet for two days. I almost broke my tooth. It sad that people feel it's ok to play with people food, which can affect their health and the possibility of being hospitalized.
Ordered 2 baconator in the drive thru I had a couple in the past at different locations and at this one also but they were not this small I went back in a ask if there was a mistake in the I showed it at the register and he looked at it and took it back to the the person who took my order I told her it was a buy 1 get 1 for 1$ total $8.91 guessing she didn't want to be wrong about it so she gave me the 2 little kiddie burgers back very very unhappy with this Wendy's won't be going back anytime soon wife was very very disappointed should've ???? stopped at Carl's Jr's
This Wendy's by far have some of the laziest employees and there are the root of all Wendy's employees I've ever encountered are they closing their drawer out early before the store closes and don't accept cash 20 minutes before closing in the morning their breakfast is cold soggy and they get mad when you asked him to replace it for a warm item their employees are rude to the homeless people because they look down on them which is unacceptable they're just an all-around bad crew I'm going to make sure corporate knows about them Foods all right sometimes so beware and go at your own risk you might get them on a good day or you might get them on a bad day good luck
Wendy's burgers are still some of the tastiest burgers around because their ingredients are the freshest around. The patties are always juicy and taste like beef, a perfect meat to fat blend. The buns are always soft, yet manage to not fall apart from the moisture from the condiments, fresh crisp veggies and beef patties. The revamp on their fries is now complete and better than when they first introduced the new fries. Their fountain drink dispenser is on point with pretty much every flavor covered. Add a frosty and it's a wrap. The location on Bear Valley by Kohl's is my favorite because of the great staff and super clean restaurant. Thanks to you all and keep up the good work.
Horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru 10/11/24 and the younger guy with the greasy longer hair has no customer service skills. I asked him to add a 4 PC nugget to my order and stood there and looked at me like i asked him to do the impossible, and then gave me the wrong change. He returned 3 cents when my change was supposed to be $5 and change . Good thing there was someone there to help him with that one smh.
I just had to pull over and give my review because Sonny made my night. He is so so awesome. Great customer service. Came in before closing and he told me they were closing the frosty machine. And I was sad cause that's what I came for and he said, no worries we will make something work just be patient I said I had all night please take as much time as needed. Had my drink and frosty right when I pulled up. This place really cares about their customers leaving happy. Excellent worker!!!
Music way way too loud!!!! Young people like it like that because they are half deaf from listening to music too loud. Some of us enjoy music, but not blasting. I have grandkids and they do the sane thing because they are half deaf. Not enjoyable to dine in, some of us don't eat in our cars
