Just ordered Famous Dave's Double Cheese burger. An order of 10 chicken Nuggets. And a cookie. Lol. I guess it was to big of an order. They forgot the Famous Dave's Double cheese Burger. They don't answer the phone. Sorry for ordering to much at once. Didn't mean to cause confusion. Thanks for nothing
Food was below average. Burger was dry and overcooked. We ordered two large fries with the meal and they only gave us two packets of ketchup. The manager was definitely not helpful as she looked bothered that we even asked for ketchup. This location definitely needs some help with food preparation and customer service.
It was the worst experience I've ever had at ANY Wendy's ever!! The staff did NOT care about anything. The place was absolutely filthy and definitely wouldn't pass an inspection. The bathroom was extremely gross. It doesn't look like it has been cared for or cleaned in forever! (Unfortunately, the pictures don't show the pure level of dirty) And on top of that, the food I got was a little raw in the middle, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
Ordered delivery. Delivery was fast but the food was terrible. Fries were old and soggy. Chicken sandwich has minimal sauce, so was quite dry. The hamburgers also was dry with minimal sauce. Ordered 2 frosty's which were good but they put in forks, no spoons.
Went there for lunch just now, ordered a Large Asiago Ranch chicken club combo, got a medium soda for some reason and, most disappointingly, a spicy chicken sandwich, no bacon, no Asiago ranch, plain cheddar cheese and mayo with pickles, it's like the opposite of what I ordered in every way.
Very plainly on the receipt it says classic Asiago club so I have no clue how it was messed up so bad. Really ruined my lunch hour.
Worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. The managers are terrible and do not know how to run a store! I work next door, and me and my co workers are there everyday for something because it's convient. Jackie is one of the managers there and she is beyond incompetent. Will never be back to this location. I've also told my co workers so they lost a few regular costumers.
The service was amazing and the food was hot and fresh!! Although they gave me spicy nuggets when I asked for regular, I ain’t even mad. It was still delicious!!
Arrived here at 12:00 noon on a Friday. Service was fast and food good.
