We went through the drive through tonight, around 10:15pm and the gentleman taking our order was very sweet. He had excellent customer service! Our favorite location by far. Thank you again for your kindness, we appreciate you.
We had to wait 5 minutes to place our order and 4 minutes more after paying for it. Out of 4 items 2 were wrong and one was cold. Called to talk to the manager who argued with me and said I ordered wrong now I have to make my dinner because an ingredient I am allergic to was put on my sandwich.
Food is always fresh especially the fries . witnessed three managers talking bad about customers . i get some people suck and people are gonna gossip but make it to were customers can’t hear you . a worker brings her little girl while on shift and they’re both very nice she’ll definitely chat your ear off lol . the young white kid with if i remember right has an arm tat is outstanding . his customer service is through the roof and makes sure you’re well taken care of . never has a bad day . i hope he becomes manager or atleast gets a raise .
Great experience had a little problem during my order and Hunter resolved it instantly! Just want to say thank you, Wendy's on Alexis sets the bar for customer service!

This location has gone down hill drastically over the past few months. The woman manager they have is always complaining and threatening to quit. The last few times I have gone there she tells me this. The past 4 times I have gone there my order is wrong, always forgetting something. Yesterday I went in and made sure everything was in the bag only to get home and discover my double cheeseburger was actually a single cheese. I called and talked to the guy manager and was told mistakes happen and they are short staffed so I need to be more understanding. No, for the price I pay for their food, they need to make sure the orders proper and complete. Being short staffed means it might take a little more time. Not caring and/or not paying attention is when things get missed or done wrong. I would rather wait longer for a perfect order than get everything quickly, only to get home and discover it is wrong. The other customer behind me also said that this location has gotten bad recently and they eat here at least once a week they said. The computers are always down too only able to do mobile orders, which I always do
Always nice when you try to order and wait 20 minutes so the staff can go out back to pass a joint around...leaving one person to take orders...about 5 cars went to other places...real classy
I went to wendys on alexis rd by menards and Meijer on 10-18 for lunch when I ordered my food everything went well until I got to the first window to pay, now pf course it's typically frowned upon in most cases to add something when you get to the payment window, when I asked the girl at the drive through window if I could substitute my fries for baconator fries she politely said to hold for a moment, which I was fine with, but her manager came to the register with a really shitty attitude that I did not appreciate she also took some of that put on her worker on the register, so when we went to pay something was wrong again so the girl at the register politely asked us to hold for a moment again and when her manager came back the second time she had an even worse attitude than she did the first time. I feel this was very unprofessional for her to talk to her employer that way that is now how a manager should treat their employees, I also would not have been mad if they said no i would have been completely fine, but when I saw what she had to deal with because her manager had to do her job was uncalled for. The manager definitely needs to go through training on how to treat her employees in the workplace. That is how you lose good employees.
Stopped in two nights ago to grab some food. The lady at the counter was SO nice and funny. The entire staff actually made coming to Wendy's fun. The order was perfect too. We will make the drive from Michigan to come here from now on. Karens beware, these folks don't have time for your stuff, everyone else, they'll bring a smile to your face.
