When it is not your busy times of the day, why serve French fries that you know very well have just been sitting there? I’m sure fries are one of the quickest items to cook on your menu, yet your lack of pride in a job you applied to work at will win every time! Seventeen dollars down the drain on a cold, disgusting meal like would it kill you people to just ask customers to pull forward while you prepare some fresh food? Most I’m sure would not decline.Yet considering you all track record, I’m the least surprised. Do better and please hire new management!!!!!!
Stop by for late lunch. I got #1 combo. It was good. Fries were cold & soggy. They also had a promotion going on for a free cheeseburger. They scanned my q code for it, but it wouldn't work. The cashier said it has NOT been working all day. Their promotion at that particular Wendy's must have been zero free burgers. Bad Wendy's!! And it was hamburger day!!

8:37 Sun morning and the manager had to brew coffee. None ready. It's also 52° out.
Very disappointed with this.
The food quality is usually pretty decent.

The breakfast potatoes were reheated and fairly inedible. They were greasy from the second time in the oil.
Having been a restaurant manager for a long time, I can assure you I do know what reheated food looks like and the resulting garbage. This is totally unacceptable.
You should be ashamed.
Ended up walking out before ordering because staff was handling food after handling money without washing thier hands or putting on gloves vary unsanitary. Staff had left money drawer open and walked away from the register while it was wide open perfect opportunity to be robbed.
I don't know if this is just here or all Wendy's know, but their Caesar salad has turned into an absolute rip off. They no longer offer a crispy chicken option and the salad was severely lacking in substance (just lettuce and grilled chicken). They've also decreased salad size. When I inquired about the chicken, the employee got a bit aggressive with me when I was surprised by the change. The sound quality of the drive through speaker was so poor, I could hardly make out what was said. The manager of this Wendy's needs to be hung for such a criminal misrepresentation of this franchise.
I just ordered food from this location. The person taking the order was rude and she needs to work on her customer service interactions. The person who took my money was not professional. I did not receive a greeting or a thank you. The food was cold and the entire interaction was something out of the projects. Poor representation of Wendy's and a embarrassment to my race as a whole.
They do a pretty decent job. I have only had a couple of incidents of an item missing and some unusual interaction with the manager 1 time. That was a while ago though so I assume perhaps that person has been replaced because we have had no issues since then. Customer service could be a but more enthusiastic but I do realize they probably do not pay their workers what they deserve and in essence they as well as the customer Gets what they pay for. All and all good food, good meal deals and we will continue to order from there.
Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. A separate time, their card machine wasn’t working for about a week. Straight up dookie ass service.
