I received a cold breakfast sandwich. When I cam back the person running the drive through did not apologize about the error of the food being cold. He slammed the window closed and came back with a replacement order. Because of his childish fit I did not trust that my food would be correct or untainted. When I asked for my money back he threw the bag of food and started yelling for his manager. The manager never apologized or greeted me. The manager asked me "did you pay cash or credit." I responded it was cash. The manager returned my money, never apologized for the food being cold, and made me feel like somehow I did something wrong by simply ordering food, and bringing it back because it was cold. I will not be returning to this Wendy's location ever again.
I can see why there are so many reviews that state the inside was closed. It was open tonight and the dinning rooms floors are disgusting! Black grease like sludge that had our shoes stuck to the floor. When I asked about the manager said she had been there a couple weeks and was afraid to ask anyone about the carpet! The man who ordered after us threw his food away and went outside and washed his shoes off in a rain puddle and we did the same thing. There is no way this is a safe place to serve or eat food.
Fries were old, cold and hard. The chicken but had one half piece of bacon.
This is my neighborhood Wendy’s and I really want it to be good but it’s awful. The people that work there are incredibly nice and but thats the only good thing about this location. The food is always cold at lunch time or undercooked/burnt at breakfast. I don’t know how this place stays open but people should stop wasting their money and hopefully the franchisee will get a clue or leave.
Asked for the crabby patty meal, I chose to make it a double, the cashier rang it up with no problem, asked for a chocolate frosty instead of the pineapple one that comes with it. What I assume to be a manager came over and began telling me that the crabby patty meal was for children, that I couldn’t order it and that the boo bag was the same thing but for adults. That transpired directly AFTER my coworker had just ordered the crabby patty meal. So I order the boo bag, not only did it not come as a double but there are in fact toys in the boo bag and coupons for kids meals. So which one is for children? When I walked back in after discovering it was a single she snatched it out of my hand while rolling her eyes. Upon making it a double she smacks it back into my hand and tells me they only come as singles. Won’t be back to this location.
I have no complaints, met my expectations for a fast food place and more, would go again.
What a joke of a restaurant! Order a jr bacon cheese burger and has no bacon

Service is getting worse and one of the items I ordered was missing from my bag

Food was ready at expected time (mobile order) and was tasty.
The counter folks were not particularly friendly or helpful. I returned to request something and was left standing while workers behind the counter went about their day, looking at me but never coming to help me.
Dining room is fine, clean but worn.
