Amazing how clean this Wendy's is and how friendly the staff are. I travel a lot and this was the best fast food restaurant I've been in for the last 10 years!! The food was great and I can't say enough about how nice it was to stop in this restaurant. I'll be back because I travel back and forth from East Tennessee to Roanoke and I'm glad to have such a nice place to take a few minutes to stop and eat.
I don’t normally come to this Wendy’s or any Wendy’s in general but every time I have come to this specific location the workers are rude and hateful. No one asked you to work there you chose to do so. So maybe be miserable at home and not your work place. Grown men working the drive thru windows acting like little girls, absolutely pathetic and embarrassing.
Rude and disrespectful such disgusting attitude my opinion is if you dont like your job don't show it to customer i understand I use to work here and I hated it but I always had a smile on my face and was down to help anyway I could tonight was awful I was considered stupid when I asked for certain items that they have on they're menu and was ignored when I wanted to use my coupon when I spoke with the manager the first thing out of his mouth shouldn't have been well things are Alot different then when you were here EXCUSE ME but I'm a customer not your colleague no more I deserve an apology and understanding I was upset and not happy with the service I won't be coming back my favorite Wendy's will forever be glad because there they act like adults even though they are all teens

For the love of Jesus at least turn off the online ordering if you close the store early. Or update your hours :) placed an online order because it says they’re open till 12, drive out and get there around 10:35 and they’re closed. Try to call and the phone says they aren’t taking calls right now. Wack.
If I could give this store a -10 I would!! On more than one occasion I have ordered Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, get home, no bacon. Today I went after not going for months thinking maybe they had changed. I was right, they did, they got worse!! There was 2 tiny pieces of bacon on there, and all of the burgers were so cold the cheese hadn't even started to get warm. Shame on this franchise owner, the management, and Wendy Thomas! Dave Thomas would have a fit if he saw how you all are ruining what he started!!
Went thru the drive thru, they were short staffed but my order arrived perfectly and with a smile
Food was fresh and hot. Restaurant was clean and great service.
