I'm in a hurry so I use the mobile app. Big mistake! They couldn't find my order, so I reordered at the window. They screwed that up. Wrong drink, food was wrong and a bunch of "kids" standing around pretending to work there. The best about my experience there was the young lady in the first windows. Thank you for your help.
Colina page was the manager workin tonight, my pregnant fiancé wanted there chicken sandwich. she took a couple bites and noticed it tasted wrong. Notice it was RAW took it back up there the manager mentioned above was supper rude!!! Stated they were closed and hid in the back she could of been a little nicer and just said come back tomorrow and apologized
Drove 25 minutes to get their buy one get one free. Price was about $2 higher than ad. Inside service not available nor is lobby open. Told me couldn't order unless used app.. Tried for 20 minutes to use app., wouldn't work. Went to competitor that happily took my order.
They need to get some new employees who can actually listen and do their jobs.
Ordered a salad, surprise no chicken. $8 are you kidding me
Then i get to eat it with my hands because the window person never puts a fork in the bag. To be that slow and just careless is crazy
It's Wendy's, like any other. I didn't know they had introduced a new item though, the Saucy Nuggs. I got the honey BBQ, and they were excellent. Definitely going back for those.
Dirtiest Wendy I've ever been in, food all around the counters, the smell of grease was overwhelming. The door and windows were disgusting. Bathroom was a wreck, don't know what happen. Use to be a nice stop on my trip to visit the grandkids, we ordered but just ended up throwing our food out was scared to eat it. But nice people at the counter.
Arrived at 7 to pick up order on the way to work and the drive thru attendant said I needed to come back at 730 to pick up order when they open up.... please fix your hours on your site
There's one older woman who works at the speaker and first window who provides excellent service. This particular Wendy's does not deserve that lady.
It's gone downhill in a major way in recent years. The staff (minus the lady described above) makes Lebanon's McDonald's seem like a Five Guy's.
A few weeks ago I pulled up to order. There were some minor rain showers in the area that afternoon. A voice from the speaker said they weren't taking orders due to "the storm". I didn't question it. I went to McDonald's instead.
This is just one example of many. Sometimes the dining room is closed. The drink machine is usually out of extra flavors. The drive-thru speaker is sometimes out but when it does work you can barely hear it.
The one saving grace from a 1 star review is the only friendly and professional employee they have. I wish I knew her name but if you've been here, you probably recognize who I'm describing.
