I just left this location and was looking forward to eating my taco salad. Get all the way home and the chips were missing to make it a true taco salad. On top of that, sat at menu board at the drive thru for 5 minutes before my order was taken. Do better. Check the bags before sending them out and work on time management, hence the word FAST in the business you are in.
Update. Just left Wendy’s at 11:15 pm. Tried to give them another chance with a taco salad. Still horrible. Lettuce looks frozen, tomatoes looks like the ones they throw on a sandwich, a few sprinkles of cheese and no chips!!!!!! I am really never going back to this Wendy’s!!! Ever
I ordered 2 biggie bags and when I got my order it was wrong and I tried to explain what I had ordered the worker at the drive thru yelled at me, refused to retake my order, and slammed the window in my face. My family and I come to this Wendys a few times a week. I will never be returning.
I ordered the new SpongeBob meal. It was supposed to come with fries, burger with special sauce, and a frosty with pineapple infused. I get home and there was no sauce on the burger at all. Also the fries were only half full in the container. Also the frosty was all vanilla with no pineapple or mango in there at all of course I got home so I could not go back very disappointed. My daughter also asked for honey mustard on the side and they said yes and they never put it in. Totally totally disappointed I also paid $25 for both meals basically I got a regular Wendy's Burger with half fries and a vanilla Frosty
I was ordering my food, when the manager was rushing me the entire time, realizing there was not a single person there. The manger had no patience, bad attitude. Will not be going back to the Wendy’s for the disrespect that was given, when your supposed to have good customer service!
Really didn't want to have to leave a nasty review but do not recommend mobile ordering to this location EVER especially during the last hour of operation. You will likely be told "they lost your order" and to cancel it. Then when you can't cancel it, your card will still be charged, the manager will refuse to look at your digital receipt or listen to you verbally provide the order confirmation, and you get no food and no refund, are arbitrarily told to call some customer care #. Wendy's Corporate's "solution" to taking $15 from me for not delivering what I paid for, was a $20 mobile coupon that expires in 30 days, because there was a "system error and they couldn't see the orders". The solution should quite obviously be to disable mobile orders instead of effectively stealing people's money. I'm actually so flabbergasted by this experience and the stonewalling of corporate to refund me my money but I feel others should be warned. Others on Yelp have reported the same thing at this specific loc, being told their mobile order "got lost" and having to re-pay. Never seen that anywhere else before. In conclusion: drive the extra few minutes to Glassboro
Raw I mean RAW CHICKEN general manager didn’t even apologize. Hung up on me 4/12 at 1:36 pm. She also tried to tell me they don’t have the sandwich I literally ordered. Your GM and line cooks are a joke. I shouldn’t have to question if my food is safe to eat. I had almost the whole thing before I even realized.

I love Wendy's We ordered a single and a double. My wife didnt like the burger so she ordered a chicken sandwich. So I ate half of her burger too cause they are awesome. We also ordered the junior frosty keychains that gives you a free junior frosty with your order. I love the soda dispenser. The coke station was clean and the tables and floors were clean. They keep it looking nice. We go here frequently. This is U Do It approved!
Amazing that the manager can't figure out a way to tell the customers the dining area is closed before they park and get out their cars. As other people have said, super slow drive through. This place should just close if they can't do their job properly. Corporate should be ashamed. Many other fast food places open inside and better service.
2023 update - service still below avg. Shame on me for coming back.
