First time at this location. Our nearby restaurant closed and we had been craving Wendy’s. We were so glad we stopped in mid-afternoon on Sunday 10/27. Service was friendly and lighting fast. Food was HOT and fresh. I think Wendy’s has the best spicy chicken sandwich and it sure hit the spot. Also picked up some Halloween coupon books for gifts, which are a great deal. Person I believe was the manager thanked us and the other workers seemed pleasant as well. We will be back.
I had been craving a Baconator for breakfast. I stopped at this location had never been here before so I decided to give it a try. I gave it three stars because the potato wedges were warm & not hot. The Baconator was delicious, hot made fresh to order. I would recommend this Wendy’s location for breakfast.
I'm a little biased. I really like Wendy's. Frosties & beefier fries ( with the right amount of salt) YUM. Grilled chicken wraps don't disappoint. Oh and did I mention Frosties? ;)
Brought the grand daughters here. They loved it. Food was good. Also, No self check out kiosks. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant was clean. I'll be going back.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and 2 were just barely warm. The other one had a whole piece of plastic in the middle, the cook tried to call me a liar saying there was no plastic. The manager said I have to contact corporate for a refund on my chicken sandwich. Seriously? How much more worse can your customer service be?
I work near this store & would like to eat there regularly. I've seen the Store Manager be crazy rude to customers and employees alike. She treats people like she's a politician (cares only about herself!). Today I ordered the sausage/egg muffin, potatoes special in drive-thru, total price $3.28. Gave $20.00 bill. Was practically thrown $16.50, a greasy bacon/egg muffin, potato special & no receipt (even though I asked). I give up!
Horrible experience. Food was fair to average, though not enough sauce in the "crossaint," which wasn't even a real crossaint. It was more like a ciabatta than anything else. I was checking my order though, then lady who served me in the drive-thru was super rude. She yelled at me "thank you" when I was checking the order in my bag to see if it was accurate. This lady obviously had a big time issue with me not moving out of the drive-thru until I was satisfied my order was correct. That woman's attitude was super horrible. I will never be back.
Not the best salad that I've had. I've come to expect pretty good salads from Wendy's. The lettuce in this one tasted like water, which ruined the flavors of the other ingredients in the salad. I didn't finish it bc I felt like I had chugged 32 ounces of water; full but not satisfied.
