I live very close to this Wendy’s but always find myself driving to Algiers since this one never has anything I try to order and the customer service is horrible. On the off chance that I haven’t been to this one in a year, I decided to grab breakfast this morning. 5/27/24. No receipt. Waited for 10 minutes for fresh potato wedges. Raw or left out soggy biscuit? Couldn’t tell since it all mashed together like raw dough would. Chicken was hard as a rock. I’m not sure how this place is still open with no change over the last 3 years.
The business should be shut down. Employees behave as if the customer bothers them by just being there. Manager as it appears wears jeans as if he's at home and doesn't welcome the customer just gives a dumb look as if why am I here.
Terrible customer Service, the guy in the front with the terrible dude red hair asked us if we were ready to order, we said yes and began to order, this guy wasn’t paying attention to us, he wasn’t entering anything in on the register or even writing down what we wanted. He suddenly interrupted our order for another individual who was a door dash. Did not even explain he was going to do so or even apologize for it, he simply just stopped helping us. We waited for a a few minutes and than when we realized we would not be helped at all, we decided to leave. We went to five guys down the street where we were treated with respect and dignity, unlike Wendy’s. Don’t go here if you value your time and want respect as a human being.
There was a loud telephone conversation on while ordering. The ketchup container in the dining area was empty hence the no ketchup cups. The paper towel dispenser in the men's restroom was empty. But the manager that serves us was polite and professional. The dining room was clean.
DO NOT STOP HERE!!!!! This place is terrible when we first walked in the cashier asked me and my wife (are you going to order) and I said yes she made a face bc we were going to order food the floors were all sticky and restrooms were nasty ????. Then we ordered and the order was wrong the manager was nice she fixed it then the cashier stole money out the register and didn't give us are change back the manager had to open the register so we can get are change.
I don't go to fast food restaurants expecting a great experience, but was still disappointed. The only positive is that the employees were friendly, however this location needs better management. During non peak hours, my order took 11 minutes to come out. A large amount of drink selections in the coke machine were unavailable while others were flat. Tables were empty, but not sufficiently cleaned. Better management could improve all issues.
I went with my two friends and one of their daughters. I ordered a Dave's Double. I got a cold burger with old meat. They got everyone else's order wrong and charged my friend for a mistake on their end. The manager has an attitude. She's black with long eyelashes. Like REALLY long. She pretty much acted like she didn't want us there from the start. I won't be going back.
Horrible if you want to dine inside. Took 5-10 minutes for someone to take order then halfway they stopped to do a DoorDash. Left and won’t be back. Went to 5-guys!
