Soda machines for inside customers do not work. I ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich... got a Dave's double! That's a $5 price difference! And the sandwich had more mayonnaise and ketchup on it then there was anything else including the 2 meat patties.
The food tasted fine but for some reason they assembled my burger inside out which i guess is easy enough to fix.
This is my ,''goto'' Wendy's because its conveniently located on one of my routes home from work. The staff is quick and very attentive. I never wait more than 2 to three minutes for my food and it is always hot and fresh.
Ordered a double Dave's, get a single. Check you order before you drive away. Oh and this was the large Fry's. This Wendy's gives Wendy's a bad name!
Staff is very rude. An online order was placed and a mistake was made, I placed order and jumped in car to head over. I Ordered a sandwich with mayo but needed it w/o. Granted the error was on my behalf but once an online order is placed, it's placed and no changes could be made. So when I get to pick up and tell the cashier the above, she got upset. She became rude, showed no understanding, and attempted to speak to me in a child like manner or in a condescending demeaning way. She then attempted to tell me that I was going to wait awhile now because I should've done it right. However the wait was not long, thank goodness as I was on my lunch break. People shouldn't go into fast pace and high pressure work places if they cant handle what it comes with.
They didn’t give me fries and charged me for it. This is after I had to correct my order multiple times. It was just one combo meal!
Good service and clean restaurant / bathroom every time I go. Food is always fresh.
Oh oh oh. Where do I begin? I love Wendys, so so much. If Wendys were a person, I’d begin planning our wedding in some expensive chapel. Wendys, I cannot stop drowning in those chocolate frosties. This place cured my multiple sclerosis. My brain lesions are no more. I remember sitting at a table in this Wendys, enjoying my chicken nuggets and chocolate frosty, reading my big encyclopedia on cats. It was the best restaurant experience of my life. Too bad Sarah Silverman wasn’t there to be with me. - Steven Prippit.
