Amazing people work here and I love everytime I come here I feel at home. Sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier between me and the person taking my order, and they are still the friendliest and happiest service workers that I've had the pleasure of ordering from. My order may not always be correct the first time (language barrier) however they are always more than happy to fix any mistakes even if it's my fault for forgetting to clarify an item. Love these workers and love this Wendy's location! Come here for breakfast often!
I stopped by around 9:45pm to grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered a JR bacon cheeseburger and crispy chicken sandwich. For the most part my food was hot and tasted good. No real complaints outside of my bacon was extremely crunchy
Ordered a hamburger and fries. Hamburger meat was not hot, in fact it was cool. I asked for 3 packs of Ketchup, I got none. Oh well easy enough to go somewhere else! First time I went, it was good. I might give them another chance.
honestly the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The order taker was rude off the bat and was mumbling, then got the whole order wrong. The second guy didn't even look at us when handing us our food and drinks ( WHICH WAS MISSING A WHOLE MEAL…) and said no words at all. If you can't greet ur customers with a smile or any words at all maybe fast food isn't for you!!! If you are that miserable at your job quit and work somewhere where you don't have to communicate with people.
Very slow I thought going in would be faster but it wasn't. I just got two frostys. I will say I loved the frosty lol I'm rating 3 stars bc the girl behind the counter seemed irritated to be working and wasn't very polite at all. And like I said they were moving very slow. But I'd be willing to go back to this location in the future. Maybe it was just a bad day or bad time of day.
This Wendy’s has really improved through the years. I am able to order quickly and they are efficient in the drive thru and get us in and out quickly. I will keep returning!
whoever the person handing out food and the cashier is have a combined IQ of 3, just go through the drive through if youre getting food here. UPDATE: got home and checked my food, ordered baconator fries and they didnt cut the bacon into pieces at all, jest left me 3 strips of bacon on top.
The order taker had an attitude and was very fidgety, like he was about to snap at the smallest thing, food was cold and y’all couldn’t even wrap up the “wrap”. What a joke.
