Chicken nuggets without

FLAVORED BREAD. No meat
This is sad the bread / Nuggets were Hallow inside.
My sandwich was fresh with soft buns taste good, my fries were hot and crispy. The nuggets were just empty, need meat not just bread. ????
Came here on 10/11 and found a piece of what seems to be cooked nylon or rubber glove in my burger? then we were charged a $1 for a random coupon booklet, charged for a frosty we also did not want either or receive. This location is one of the worst I’ve visited
They can't read and wouldn't care to if they could. Every time I order they ignore the notes, and they skimp on all ingredients. Also they never, ever, answer the phone. Here's one big finger salute to the managers and owners of this establishment. ..1..
The staff at 10900 Pembroke Rd, FL 33025 has to be the laziest, unqualified, under trained and ill-equipped individuals to work at any Wendy's. They take extremely long on the cook time, the meat is smaller than I have ever seen. They rarely get the order correct and never provide a receipt, even when asked. They continue to say their machine doesn't work. Either the owner needs to get rid of that entire staff to include morning and night shift or it's probably best to just shut it down. Sadly, they may upset the wrong individual who doesn't know how to handle their disappointment. Please hire an entire new staff for that location or find someone who can. This last episode with only 1 car in the drive-thru and no one in the lobby. I decided to go inside. I waited , asked if someone could take my order and they didn't flinched. I asked for the supervisor, who later walked out like she just got out of bed and had no worries. I was so frustrated. They still didn't take my order, so I got her name and left. Share your experience. Someone may actually do something. However, it may also take a while before someone realizes that a change is needed.
Not going to lie butt the moment I bite my burger every thing started changing, best burger ever and perfectly served fresh and an proper utensils. Let’s not talk about those fries, hell yeah definitely need a second round. I use to not eat fries until I tried one of those…. I mean I would love if we can add more thing to the menu, call it double up, it’s like a an upgrade to any item serving on there selection of the menu…
I placed an order through the mobile app, and while the staff was nice, I was disappointed to find that the Frosty I ordered was unavailable upon arrival. This is the second time this has happened at the same location. If an item is out of stock, it should be updated in the app to reflect that. Although the staff kindly offered a soda as a substitute, the price difference between the Frosty and the soda is significant and doesn’t quite match the value of what I initially ordered.
Not sure how this store is still open. Completely trash service. ALL the bad reviews are right!! Wawa would be a better late night option!!
Seriously this has to be a training location this place stress me out anytime o come my order is never right, last time i swear they over charged me and than when i asked for a receipt the you couldn’t see anything! it was a mess
