I recently visited this Wendy's to pick up an order, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The management was noticeably absent and seemed to lack any sense of urgency. There were orders sitting on the screen for over half an hour, and I found myself warning other guests as they walked in. An elderly man with his granddaughter, a Hispanic family, a couple, and a mother with her daughter all ended up leaving in frustration. One mother reassuring her daughter the Krabby Patty should be around a few more days before leaving.
While I was there, it was clear that everyone waiting shared the same sentiment about the poor service. At one point, another guest even told a group I was talking to, "Good luck." To make matters worse, a worker quit right in the middle of all this chaos, clearly overwhelmed and unsupported. The management didn't even notice she had left for over ten minutes.
On a positive note, the front counter employee was doing his best to help customers despite the lack of support from his manager. Unfortunately, he was even reprimanded for assisting a customer who had been waiting far too long for just fountain cups.
Overall, this location is poorly managed and frustrating to visit. I hope they address these issues soon, as it’s clear the team needs better leadership and support.
Drove thru for breakfast. I feel they have the best breakfast to offer out of any of the others. I'm not a biscuit fan, but there sausage biscuit is pretty darn good. Glad Wendy's started doing breakfast. Have had several of there other breakfast sandwiches as well and all have been great.
I understand someone being new, but we had to tell her, and another girl, and the manager our order no less than 5 times. This was after a long wait and they tried handing us the wrong stuff. Then they wanted to refund us on our card when we payed cash...? When we didn't even ask for one we just wanted our food ????All 3 shuffled around trying to figure it, fully lost. We finally got "our food" looked right in the bag but when we unwrapped them at home they were 100% wrong. Got the basic chicken sandwich when we paid for double baconator. Live 5 mins away and the food was already cold.
Kristy is an absolute gem. Despite being VERY busy during the dinner rush and not receiving many smiling faces, her professional, hospitable, upbeat demeanor never changed. I own SEC and do food deliveries on the side to earn extra money to bootstrap this business, and its interactions like these that make long waits and putting in extra hours as pleasant as they can be. The employees always seem like they have something better to do. Last straw was them leaving out a burger from the order, again. In this economy, those costs add up. Not eating here again.
wish I could give some of these customers a 0 star, good lord y'all impatient, 10 cars in the drive thru and a full lobby probably means you might be waiting a bit to scream at the min. wage employee over missing 1 sauce packet you could grab yourself. they don't do the bs AI pricing, or have any weird check in policies so most of these 1 stars are either whinny crackers or bots
They were being so rude I called to let them know I was here and lights were off and employees were really rude the cashier was being really rude hurrying me up while I was trying to order. Had curly hair and tattoes and a white gut with a lady she was rude handed to me and the fries are cold
They are more interested in flirting with high school girls than take orders. Got ignored til he was done flirting in lobby before taking order. Maybe take AirPod out or turn it down so I don’t have to repeat myself.
