Best WLM Reviews
The service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and hot. The dining room was clean and the manager came to the table to make sure we were enjoying our dinner. Great job ????
My lunch hour was only 40 minutes the burger tasty synthetic the frosty once I did finally getting after waiting for quite a while was nothing but chocolate milk the cashier who serviced me will not put his phone down to save his life. I haven't been in Wendy's in 2 years it'll be another two years if ever again
Went to open the dining room doors and the restaurant wasn't open at 7:55am. Store manager with red hair stated they don't open until she clocks in. The door states opening is at 7am. Manager walked away and said if you want food there's the drive thru. Store manager refused to give her name, store number or corporate info. Wendy's you definitely lost a customer. Very tired of the rude attitudes and behaviors.
Waited for 20 mins cause meat wasn't ready ,skep on bacon smaller than my pinky finger and gave me only three nuggets sad when I was trying enjoy my meal before I go hospital have baby I'll never go to that location again I'll tell others not waste their time ,Hartwell is better ,they going lose business and I worked for Wendy's before and manager seem rude asf but girl at window is sweetheart.
Wendys shrinked their job cheeseburger again, not much bigger than a white castle burger
It's Wendy's. I only go there for the $5 biggie bag. I order 5 biggie bags each time 1 for me, my wife and our 3 kids. The Jr. Bacon's are always cold, but the fries are always hot. The staff isn't friendly at all ever. But, I have never been to a Wendy's with friendly staff. I'm not really there to make friends anyways. I just want my food hot and my drinks cold, which is all I care about.
Stopped here for a quick dinner ordered 2x jr bacon cheeseburgers. Employee stated everything was cooked to oder and it would be 10 to 15 min. No big deal. Until they had no bacon and the food was cold! Pathetic excuse for a wendys.
I went there with my daughter for a quick bite. It was completely empty inside, only myself and my daughter. There were cars outside waiting for drive thru.
After I ordered the lady disappeared to the back and I could hear the 3 of them talking about boyfriend problems. After about 10mins the guy from the drive thru comes in and told me had been waiting for over 30 mins. I decided to wait another 5mins.
I went up front to ask for a refund after I saw the same old fries sitting there for the 15mins I was waiting and the guy from the drive thru still hasn’t got his food.
The lady was rude about me wanting a refund and had to get the manager. They need serious managerial help at this place, the staff has zero interest in serving guest and only interested in gossiping.
I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going in. I am certain the health department would shut it down if they had a pop up inspection.
The only positive I can give is that I got my money back and was able to go to skyline across the street!
