Look, I know this is Wendy’s and my expectations should be low, but I at least expect to get what I paid for. Got shorted nuggets and the chili literally had not one spec of beef in it. Might be time to clean house and start over.
Update: in a moment of weakness after a long day, went through the drive through and they gave me an undercooked chicken sandwich. Disgusting and dangerous.
It’s a shame that for this review I had to give this disgrace of a an establishment a one star. I just stopped by after placing an online order and the lady taking my order was extremely rude. The very minute I approached the speaker she responded by saying that the computers were shut down and that they would be up in 10 minutes. How would you know that the computers will be up and running in 10 minutes? I responded by mentioning that I placed an order online and she responded by raising her voice so I immediately left. How convenient was it that as soon as I pulled off I saw the lady outside taking a smoke break on the clock. Maybe that’s why she knew that the computers would be up and running in 10 mins ????
The food is your typical Wendy’s fast food fare. Kind of in a rougher part of town. There were several homeless/vagabond people in the parking lot. Just be careful.
This place and their customer service is disgraceful. To tell me I can’t get a drink made the way I requested it is ridiculous. Chic fila would never ! Not to mention when I placed my order they rushed me and I never got the jr frosties I ordered and paid for . The way I get my drink made I get it made the same any Wendy’s I go to . Don’t waste your time here . Fries were like warm and they forgot majority of my order . Ppl came to the line because their orders were messed up as well was unsettling . Not worth it . It’s only convenient. The area that it’s in they need new staff here , the are is being g upgraded but this place ? Tlk about renovation ! They need it !
What a shame that this Wendy's has been damaged, I went to eat every week and in this last week I have visited it twice and it is a horror to order there, employees talking bad, laughing and making fun of the customers at the service car. It's disgusting, they don't clean the facilities. The air conditioner was dripping water from the ceiling onto the floor (that is a demand problem if someone falls) in addition to that some employees not all, if someone orders a frosti and it is not the flavor you want, they open the top cover of the machine and they bring it in again to serve it to another customer.. Hellooo that is disgusting, unhygienic and they put the lives of customers at risk, it can give bacteria. Anyway, the manager has nothing to do with it as if nothing had happened, the food is super cold and they don't give it complete and if you complain to them they come out with a bad attitude. I will never eat again nor will my family in this town. They play with the health of the clients.
It's Wendy's so the burgers are above average but the neighborhood brings in the riff raff. I appreciate the employees. Every one is stellar
The food could always stand a little pinch of better, but I feel that way towards most fast food. It's not as tasty as years ago, and the portions are bonkers for price. But the food was good and the service was friendly.
Today I visited the new Wendy's located on Aramingo ave & Huntington. They replaced the Arby's that was there & I'm so disappointed. The entire experience was just bad. But the main reason why I choose to write this review is because 1 of the items I ordered was 3 Frosties & as I stood at the side counter waiting I seen my 3 Frosties placed on top of one of the machines that is right there on the other side of the counter so the woman who took my order seen them sitting there (melting) with no lids covering them & tne employee who was responsible to get them to me was standing 2 feet away texting on his phone & when the girl seen them she said " Hey! You know your suppose to place lids on these frosties & hand them to the customers"!! What do you think he said? He doesn't even look up but says " oh well I'm busy right now". Yep!! That sold me to never return there. Nice going huh??
