With the multiple times I've been here, I've had no qualms: not good, but not bad either. I'm usually left in peace, and I'm fine with that.
Three things worth mentioning that I know aren't the fault of the staff in any way:
1. I don't care for the parking. To be fair, it's a small area.
2. The menu on the inside is small, especially when it comes to seeing ingredients. If somebody like me, with glasses, has trouble seeing the finer details on the menu, I can't imagine how any potential seniors might feel. Then again, in my experience with Wendy's, most of them have menus like this.
3. Once they're out of Frosties for the night, that's it. They usually run out at 10:00 PM.
The only thing I can really fault the staff on is when I do deliveries with DoorDash. The store claims they are open until 2:00 AM, but has a bad habit of closing early.
I had not been to this Wendy's in many years but wanted a taco salad. I had to wait about 10 minutes for chili, but it was hot. Iced tea and taco salad were very good. The lady who took my order and gentleman preparing food were very polite and courteous.
Food was warm not hot. Cashier was friendly. Drive thru person kept using a screaming like voice behind the counter, it was very disruptive to our eating experience. Maybe they should keep that play time when there is no one in the dining area and act like they are working professionals? Wondered who and where manager was?
Everything was reheated the french fries was horrible tasted like card broad. The Nuggets was over cooked. The sweet tea was the only thing that tasted good.
I ordered an apple pecan salad. I got a salad with no pecans. They did not put a single napkin in my to go bag nor did it have w any silverware. The cashier did have time to splash water on the cook and walk around talking to everyone before shoving my incomplete order at me and walking away.
These people can not get a doordash order correct. The receipt is right there in front of you. 3 times now it's been wrong
This is the worst location I ever been to food was old customer was terrible flys everywhere I lost my appetite I ask for my money back I’m surprised this location is open ????the sandwich maker had holes in his gloves sweating smh never ever again will I go here a health inspector needs to pop up on them
the line doesn’t move here. Been sitting here for 15 minutes with no movement. This is one of several less than decent visits. Worth it to drive to chic fil a instead or at least another restaurant. This place just feels like a mess.
