The resteraunt is nice and clean, but the orders are not correct. We stopped getting takeout, and once in a while, we will go through the drive-thru for a frosty (almost impossible to mess up a frosty).
We have had a lot of mess ups with orders or food was cold etc. We tried going in and ordering takeout, and they put it for dining it and throwing it in a bag with fries everywhere.
The biggie bags have gotten smaller with portions. The quality has gone down with consistency. We loved coming here to eat, and the dave singles, chicken nuggets, and chicken sandwhichs were the best in town. Now it is roulette on if it's correct and warm.
The Wendy’s in DuBois is newly renovated inside and out. They have done an incredible job creating a bright and warm environment. I ordered a chicken salad and it was excellent!! I was truly impressed. The service was friendly and fast. The drink station has a vast selection to choose from. Plus there is ample seating.
It's busy lately but service is still quick ,foods better prices and even better with the app
Stopped by on the way to Illinois. Pleasant staff, quick execution of order (we were ordering some from the breakfast menu and some from the regular menu). They did a quick batch of French toast and breakfast potatoes although they had run out.
We frequently order dine in but they apparently don't pay too much attention to the tickets. Frequently our food is placed in to go bags or on the pickup stand. It's not that big of a deal just waisting paper I guess. Rarely have issues with the food. Sometimes a burger will end up with ketchup on it when I order it without. Overall it's a good place to eat.
What happened to our Wendy's?New management or what?Last couple times we ate there,cold sandwiches, crew made comments about only being there for 20 minutes but seemed like 2 hours. Very unhappy. This was on Sunday at lunch time. Went through the drive thru, on week days messed up orders,and same thing, cold food, poor product!
I’m from out of town, but whenever I am in town I have to stop at this Wendy’s. I am always impressed by how fast they prepare orders, and I have never had a mistake in my order across the five or so times I have gone. Food was fresh and tasted good, probably the best Wendy’s I have ever been to.
After Covid, many fast food restaurants had forgotten why they are called fast food restaurants, and their service time started deteriorating all over the U.S. but NOT! this location.
Their service time was on point and the staff was very friendly, thank you Dubois.
