This place recently has gotten so much better! The food I can tell is made to order and not just sitting around for hours. The workers are super friendly and patient. They have smiles and look happy. Def sets the tone. I got my food very fast and my order was accurate.

Feedback on Drive-Thru Hours and Customer Service
I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experience at your Wendy’s location at 757 Union Blvd, Allentown, PA on August 1st. I arrived at 6:30 AM, expecting to use the drive-thru as advertised, but was disappointed to find that it was not open at that time. After waiting until 6:35 AM with no response, I drove to the window where the manager informed me that I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes to place my order.
This experience has raised concerns about the accuracy of your posted hours and the training of your staff in customer service. I believe it is essential to provide accurate information to customers and maintain a polite and respectful dialogue.
Not recommended.. got a pecan salad and didn't receive the pecans or the dressing for the salad. Tried to call them and phone just rang for a while then someone picked up and hung up quickly without saying anything. .. wouldn't go there again..
Poor service missing more than half of my order. Yet on top of it order a baconator and got no bacon on the burger it's in the god damn name I'd fire every worker n start fresh or just close ur store cus it's by far the worst food n service I ever seen from a fast food service. Stay away from this Wendy's u will be disappointed beyond unacceptable.
This goes for both Wendy's the one in Whitehall, PA there's always a problem with this store especially night shift. they are understaffed and don't wana work and we got denied service because it was only 2 workers there. they said the drive through was closed for a little bit SMH..at 10pm on a Friday night..So we drove to the Wendy's on Union Blvd. We get there and they are understaffed too. the food order was ALL.messed up it was cold sloppy. the soda was horrible that needed to be changed its so much more but im done for now ...Update ...I went back the burger was cold cheese wasn't melted they forgot the bacon
We were the only ones there at the time. Took over 10 minutes. Burger is overcooked. Cheese isn't melted. Nuggets weren't fresh. Fries weren't warm. I keep coming back to this one out of convenience but I think I'm done giving them a chance. Every single time the service and the food is abysmal.
Also the staff are borderline rude. They don't say a word when you hand them money. Don't say anything when they give the card back. Don't say anything when they hand the food. It's a wonder how this place is still in business.
I would give 0 stars if I could past 10-11Pm and 3-4 stars any other time of day. It is 12:10 on a Friday night and they ran out of fries, nuggets, sweet tea chili and lemonade because they are really POORLY MANAGED or maybe they are just lazy! And they are not trained. I had to teach the worker that they can substitute the blueberry lemonade in my customers order for the lemonade from the coke freestyle machine and I never even worked at a Wendys before!
My food was extremely cold. Breakfast fries were dipped in oil to reheat. Floors dirty n sticky. Staff had extremely nasty attitude. One guy was talking crap about customers. The only good thing I was able to enjoy was my drink
