Thats two times now ive ordered two crispy chicken sandwhiches from the value menu and been upcharged to classic chicken sandwhiches for over double the price. Pretty sus when im poor and your just trying to increase your sales numbers.
The dining area was dirty, the tables not wiped down. No ketchup in the dispensers. The food was cold. The chicken nuggets were dry and looked like mystery chicken. The fry area was dirty too. Will not go back.
The guy who server my food at the window was the nicest upbeat guy ever. He was just friendly to talk to and he made me smile.
Also the food is cheap and delicious!
Disrespectful and didn’t hand me no type of receipt and didn’t receive my spicy nuggets even tho i said spicy nuggets and she said that we had ordered normal nuggets, this is ridiculous i threw my tea that tasted like dr pepper and tea mixed at the window because of my frustration, yall need to watch who you hire.
We stopped going to Wendy's because this is our closes one and it's usually dirty and with bad staff. Today we finally decided to go back and after today's experience decided we definitely won't be going back. The lobby area wasn't very clean but that's to be expected at this location. This time the place is understaffed and they haven't figured out yet how to balance making orders and taking orders. When we got there all the staff was making food and noone was taking orders and constantly telling us it would be awhile before we were helped. A line started forming and when it was obvious they weren't going to be helped started leaving. When someone did help it didn't do much since after each order they all went back to making the food so the next people had to keep waiting until the next person to help. When we finally did place our order and got our food we didn't even get everything we ordered. They did fix our order but with the way they were doing things I'm probably not the only one who's orders were messed up.
They don’t honor the deals in app, won’t work with you as a customer. Don’t have an app with deals and deny them. Crazy work. Zero help during as well.
Good food and good price, clean and good place. Much better then Mac and BK! Use application and get good deals!
I was having an issue with the app using up my points but not letting me redeem the offer, but the employees were able to quickly take care of the issue and I was able to get my order! Amazing team at this location! ????
