Thank you to Kevin for an outstanding transaction and experience. I walked in as he was working on something else and he immediately acknowledged me and took my order. I ordered 7 drinks and he did not hesitate to come bring me cup holders as I was filling up my drinks. I appreciate the great service thank you sir. Also my items were bagged in a convenient manner and very neatly.
Do not go here. I'm respectful to service workers but this place is straight up garbage. Tried to order mixes berry frosty advertised on menu and person on drive thru said only vanilla and chocolate so I tried to ask were they just out before I could finish he cut me off with attitude. I pay, park my car and go inside and teen girl asked for salad at register and older guy who find out is a manager yells from back no salads because he don't have time to make more with attitude like he was too busy and they weren't busy at all.
Why must you always shut your grill down between 1 and 330 and we can only get chicken products. Grills don't take over 2 hrs to clean...
I stopped by Wendy’s today to get lunch. I ordered Dave’s double cheeseburger combination which includes a soda and french fries. The meal was very good it was hot, fresh, and quite tasty.

Every single time I try to order the Big cheddar cheese burger they give me chicken instead? I'm starting to get pretty upset. I live far and my husband picks it up on his way home. Yeah he should have check his order but he specifically told the young lady a burger not chicken. Very frustrating when I'm craving this burger and end up with a different burger. Please tell your employees to check if the customer is asking for chicken or ground beef on this sandwich. Especially when they've already specified ground beef burger!! This is the 4th time! I'm gonna stop spending my hard earned money here if I'm not gonna get what I order. I'm not the type to speak the the manager hence why I've ordered 4 times hoping they would just get the right. But no.
My daughter dropped her nuggets and this store replaced them without charge no questions asked. So kind and refreshing now-a-days to have a business that still has good customer service. Thank you Wendy's! Thank you Jenni.
Asked for my grilled chicken and Burger deluxe with bacon and extra onions on both neither had, they gave me regular.
Food was totally Fresh and awesome crew members. fast service, and clean. breakfast sandwiches are great.
I had to pop in here a few times since I was stuck here for a few days over the Christmas holiday. Most of the time service was perfectly fine. But then I asked for an extra salad dressing.
I'd made my order online and changed from the default Caeser dressing to ranch. When I got my order I asked for an extra ranch packet, like I've done at other locations with no problem.
The guy told me it costs extra.
If it costs extra, then why did you give me both the ranch I ordered and the Caesar dressing I didn't want with my order? Clearly it's not an issue if you're giving people dressings that they do NOT want with their salad.
