I felt like I walked into a homeless encampment when I strolled through the door. The guy taking my order was struggling extremely hard to type it in to the computer due to how high he was(likely on fentanyl). Food looked so bad we didn't even eat it through it straight in the trash and went to Culver's just do the ofallon area a favor and shut this location down
My husband and I went through drive thru and ordered a krabby patty meal and a chicken meal for me. I asked for the chicken, cheese fries, and a chocolate frosty. The girl taking our order didn't read it back, didn't put the cheese fries on the order, and then gave attitude when we went inside to correct the mistake. I'm a very understanding person. Stuff happens. But she shouldn't have given attitude for a mistake she made.
Always the nicest people working here. Could be slightly faster but understand they are short staffed most of the time. Fries need to be hotter but overall good.
Drive-through order was perfect, and after stopping to pick up drugs at CVS, our burgers were still quite hot when we unwrapped them...impressive!
I love there Baconator fries, but the past 5 times I’ve order them I have received unmelted cheese and three or four tiny pieces of bacon. If I wanted no bacon I would have ordered cheese fries. The last time I went to this Wendy’s I ordered just cheese fries because why pay extra for bacon and not receive the bacon? But no matter what the cheese is never melted anyway. And 9/10 times I’m always missing something from my order.
Great food made to order.. hot fries really good grilled burger
The food here was sub par. The building was empty, no customer's. The person who took our order was busy dancing and looked at us at the counter and danced his way back to the back area. The manager then pointed it out to that person that customer's were waiting at the counter. My wife went back to order something additional and they made her frosty but forgot about the rest of the order and cleared the screen. She waiting over 10 minutes for her additional order, the frosty was melted.
My client and I always stop by here at least once a week after school. The staff here is always amazing and quick. They even remember him when we come in. Which to me is amazing especially when working with people with disabilities.
